The driver was on time and very helpful.

We had anxious moments when the driver did not appear on schedule. So much so we had taken steps to have the hotel make alternate arrangements when the driver finally arrived.

The first driver did not come at the pick up on 21.06 due to some problems but in 30 minutes another driver came and we arrived well to our cruise ship.

We booked transfers for 2 trips, one from our Rome hotel to the Civitavecchia port and back. The driver was courteous, arrived on time, the ride was smooth. Both trips. The booking experience was great and Mathilde was very helpful. Would definitely book them again for any future trips.

Received quick reply to our request, and clear instructions. Our flight ended up changing, so we were more rushed than originally planned. Our driver Claudio was on time, drove safely and quickly to make sure we arrived to airport on time! Very highly recommended.

They made it easy to get from airport to hotel and hotel to train station with a wheelchair van. Andre was a great driver.

Our driver was on time at the Port and did a great job of pointing out points of interest on our way from the cruise port to Rome. His English was good and he was very professional. The limo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend your company to other travelers and we would use you again should the need arise.
One suggestion would be to reconfirm the pick up point and time the day before the scheduled date.

I used your company to transport six persons and luggage three times. The driver was pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. The car was clean. You assigned the SAME driver for all three trips. It was wonderful to have the same driver to build confidence and a relationship.

Service was exactly as advertised. They picked us up at our hotel in Rome and dropped us off at the Princess Cruise ship terminal in Civitavecchia, which is approximately 90 minutes away. The car was a sedan, the driver was prompt, helpful with luggage and professional.

On time, Polite driver, easy transfer

Excellant pick up at both airport and port. Drivers courteous and polite and helped with luggage. Would give them 10 * if I could.

We needed a wheelchair accessible company to pick us up and drop us back at Rome airport. But inbetween we needed a drop off at a hotel. And picking up two weeks later from the cruise port. After the cruise we wanted a driving with a couple of stops around Rome before our flights. This company pulled it all of off without a hitch. And the best bit was they had a lift in the van for my daughter wheelchair. Best company for transfers and tours in Rome
