Perfect drive from cruise terminal to Rome airport
A group of four of us were picked up at the Rome cruise terminal at CivitaVecchia and driven to Fiumicino airport. The driver was right on time, spoke great English, was very polite, and drove us safely to our destination. The charge was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. They do an excellent job.

Very inconvenient
We booked this transportation from civitavecchia to Termini in Rome. We were waiting outside the ship terminal where all the drivers were gathered. After waiting 30 minutes I emailed the office and was told that I had to find my own way outside of the port to meet the driver, as he didn’t have credentials to get inside. At no time did anyone ever mention that their drivers aren’t allowed inside the port, or that we would have to find him ourselves outside of the port.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, our local suppliers have the credentials to enter, that day was very special as there was a very high demand for transfers and due to this unexpected flow of demand, some suppliers were forced to send vehicles even without permits so as not to leave customers without a vehicle. We are very sorry but it was a rare event that unfortunately affected you and some other customers, it should never happen, but we preferred to ensure the transfer and have customers reach the station or airport rather than cancel the service. Thank you for your review as it helps us to grow and improve our service anyway. We understand that this event may have affected your trust in us but we hope to see you again if one day you return to Rome. Sorry again!

Wonderful experience
We used your taxi service on May 14, May 15 and May 25, 2022.
We want to say that Claudio De Simone, our driver from FCO to Civitavecchia, also our Rome Tour and then back to the airport after our cruise, was wonderful! He loves his job, and it shows. Claudio was informative, friendly, courteous and went out of his way to help us on our first day in Italy. When he brought us to our hotel, The Alibrandi Palace, there was no one there to let us in. He called the phone number I was given on his cell phone and spoke directly to the concierge. We don't speak Italian, have never been to Europe before and did not know how to make the phone call. Claudio remained with us until the concierge arrived.
He is an asset to your company and we wanted to let you know that we enjoyed him so much. If ever we go to Italy again, we will be sure to ask for Claudio.
