Excellent service, reliable and efficient
Excellent service, I booked a whole bunch of train tickets through them and everything went smoothly. They were very efficient and reliable, and my booking went through a few changes but they were able to accomodate very quickly and without a hitch. They also advised good options when some of my trains were cancelled by the train company. I highly recommend

The service provided by Wendy Lee (Travel Consultant): Very responsive and efficient! Although our arrival @ 0200hrs to KUNMING, she considered we were with young children and arranged the guide and driver to pick us up to our hotel for rest.
The itinerary were well informed and updated via responsive email.
We are also happy and satisfied with the service and attitude of the guide and driver.

Excellent service. We had requested tickets just before the New Year Bank Holiday and initially it appeared they were all sold out. However, 24 hours later they managed to secure tickets for us.

Only "but": booking seems to be manual so it is not "immediate", usually takes 24h to get the actual reservation.

Highly recommend travel China guide to everyone who wants to visit China
I visited Beijing in November, 2024. As you may know, many places need to reserve the entrance ticket before hand, and the most difficult to get ticket is for the Forbidden City, especially difficult for foreigners, almost impossible. Luckily, I found the travel China guide website and reserved the ticket through their service. The service is very reliable and the communication is very good. Christina even offered to help me to book the ticket for the Tiananmen Gate Tower, which is impossible to get through other channels that are only open to the Chinese citizen. Highly recommend travel China guide to everyone who wants to visit China.

Trains, tours, advice - they are brilliant!
This company deserve a special mention as they are excellent.
I booked 3 tours through them - in Beijing and Xian - the trips were very well organised with friendly, knowledgeable guides - Lucy and Michael especially - the cars were very comfortable, one with massage seats! The tours were fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable.
I also booked a bullet train and sleeper train through them. Everything went smoothly.
I emailed them with quite a few queries and the response was always quick and very helpful. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
Our trip to China was amazing - thank you so much for all your help!
