I had a good experience

I actually had a good experience with Travelerhelpdesk.com
I booked a flight in a rush after a family emergency before doing the research I usually do on companies I have not used before. After booking the flight through Travelerhelpdesk (THD) - (who had the best prices by over $100), I looked them up and saw scathing reviews on multiple websites and forums. I thought I had been scammed. I called my credit card company, but they could not do anything because the charge had not gone through yet. I then booked directly with the airline for the same flight, but much higher price because I needed to get on that flight. I also called the airline regarding the THD booking, and they confirmed that a reservation hold had been placed, but no payment had been made. I planned to dispute the charges from THD with my credit card company when they came through, or when THD called me the next day to tell me the prices had gone up and they were not able to lock in my flight. However, my flight was ticketed through THD, as verified by a call to the airlines, and I was able to cancel the flight I booked directly through the airlines.
So in my case, THD got me the best deal, and they were very professional and helpful over the phone the two times I called.

Maybe I got lucky, or they are trying to change their reputation.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Do not buy from them ever. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had purchased a ticket costing up to $1500, but the flight got cancelled due to covid. The airlines were not flying and I explained the situation to them. I was not given an email or notification of the cancelled flight and ended up having to call up multiple companies. The staff on call were rude, distrustful and did not offer any assistance proceeding to just hang up on me and not giving a refund. Never have i ever dealt with a company this unprofessional. Straight up a scam company and surprised they have not been flagged for fraudulent claims. If I could give 0/5 I would......

Please don't trust this company

Please don't trust this company. After they set the price with you, they will think of a reason to increase your final payment. This is one kind of SCAM CASE.

Recently, I booked a hotel for 3 nights through this company by phone. When the accented agent firstly started, he gave me a low estimated price for three nights hotel accommodation. After I gave the agent all my personal information, including credit card number and password, the agent suddenly said that the final price was $20 more than the estimated price he initially gave me. The reason was that his system had just updated the hotel price.

Your estimated price was just estimated with your system in one minute ago. How come the price is updated when client want to make a payment? Isn't this fooling customers?

Doing business is about integrity. Please don't waste your time and money. This is the travel agency which I met that fooled customers with dishonesty. Very unpleasant experience. I hope everyone stays away from this company.

THIS IS A SCAM!

THIS IS A SCAM! I bought tickets and when I get to the counter, there was a reservation but the money was not transferred from traveler helpdesk to the airline. I had to pay again at the counter for my tickets.
When I ask for an explanation from travelerhelpdesk.com, they told me that they will answer in 24-48 hours (which, of course, did not happen). I ask them for proof that they pay the airline....I'm still waiting for that proof. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES! IT IS A SCAM!

Completly Scam!
I talked to a representative named Sebastian who need to give me refund
Never answerd my emails.
So be very careful, do not deal with this SCAM company!

Report Traveler Help Desk to the BBB & FTC

I called Volaris Airlines to book 3 tickets. I was transferred to a representative I assumed was from Volaris. I proceeded to explain the tickets I needed and passed along my credit card information. Then, I was sent 12 confirmation emails from Traveler
Help Desk (all with different flight/pricing info). At this point, I realized I was not dealing with Volaris. I was put on hold and hung up on. I ended up being charged 4 times for a total of $775.

Two of the charges were from Volaris and came out to about $400, which is what I expected to pay for my tickets. The other two charges were from Traveler Help Desk (THD) and came out to about $375. These charges were not explained and I have called THD for clarification 6 times and have been hung up on each time. They have not answered my email either. Why is Volaris transferring customers to a third party without disclosing so? Why is THD charging me $375 on a $400 purchase?

Be wary when calling airlines to purchase tickets, even if you are calling the official number on the airline website. Please consider reporting Traveler Help Desk to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. They are unethically overcharging for their services and this needs to be addressed.

The company is not reliable after…

The company is not reliable after buying a ticket they tell you to wait within 24hrs for you to get the confirmation ticket,.. But not really it is been another day 24hrs has gone but no confirmation the final confirmation and the service itself that says working 24/7 s a lie they don't work for that much. Everything they tell you is all lies.!!!!
