Goes above and beyond- fantastic customer service.
As always Samantha met my needs, patient with our tricky requests and very accommodating ensuring we are happy with our choice. She cares and values is as customers and it shows. Booking a holiday with her is exciting, as it should be.

Absolutely friendly and helpful staff…
Absolutely friendly and helpful staff who genuinely care. They booked the holiday we seen online, printed all the docs and the e tickets at the same price as online. Gave a preferential rate on the currency as we had booked with them. Amazing will definately use them every holiday from now on.

Best holiday services
We decided to go for a cruise holiday with friends. We had already research prices etc.We seen Rachel and she was very good at explaining the holiday, what to do and how to do it.x Rachel even beat the online price and give us further ideas and help .Definitely going back to see Rachel for other holidays.
