We have always had a very positive experience when we book holidays with the Travel house in Llanelli .
This time Kayleigh Mills helped us when booking our holiday. She was lovely , very knowledgeable answering all our questions and very patient as we were there for quite a while choosing our perfect holiday . Booked Euro’s via their click and…
Booked Euro’s via their click and collect system that they offer. Had a phone call to say that they were ready, Took time off work to collect the currency. Gave photo ID as requested, however they were unable to give me the Euro’s , apparently there was an issue with entering details into the computer( I had exchanged the same amount 2 weeks previously). Waited st least 45 minutes to no avail. Left there went to TUI , had currency in 10 minutes . Will definitely not be going back to Travel House!
