Naz is knowledgeable and had done her homework before our appointment. We decided on a trip to Vietnam as the other options we had give to her earlier didn't have dates that suited. A great experience with a trusted travel advisor. She even contacted me re an additional trip unfortunately the dates didn't suit.

Allour holidaysare booked atTravelhouse Llanelli ,becaus the team there are,so efficient and friendly. I normally do the legwork myself then head for Elli Centre & Travel House.
They never let me down and Jacqui Oag and Sue are absolute stars.
This time the shop was virtually closing, but Jacqui STILL got the booking done.

The staff at Travel House Llanelli are always polite, very helpful snd efficient. They take time to discuss plans and wishes, going through options available, looking at reviews, offering advice and making sure I have print outs of all flight details and boarding passes. Everyone makes you feel looked after but a special mention to S Rowlands who understands my foibles and obsession with paper copies! The Travel House is the first place I go to when planning a holiday as I know everything, including transfers,currency and any particular needs will be organised without any fuss but with genuine interest.

I was only out for a walk in Llanelli and popped into the store for a costing for a two week break. I spoke to Kayleigh in the store and she provided me with a couple of quotes and was more than happy to go the extra mile by giving me a few different options. She was very helpful and following a discussion with my wife we booked a two week break to Cyprus.

Natasha was very helpfull, she had a lot of patience, helping us with our booking. Have not dealt with a travel agent in years. Always booked over the phone with Hay's travel agents office.

Travel house llanelli is marvelous, the Staff are very helpful and approachable, I have booked with them many times and I also use the money exchange. If I see a holiday I fancy online at a good price I call in Travel house and they price match it! It takes away all the having to print things out and they also do a monthly payment if the holiday is a way off. I will be booking my next big trip in April and I already have a holiday booked for May in Rhodes🥳

Brilliant experience booking 2 holidays. Sue went above and beyond to make sure that what we booked was exactly what we wanted, and when we wanted it.

I dealt with 2 ladies. Natasha initially. She was brilliant. Went through all the options about a cruise I was interest. The next day decided to book , but unfortunately Natasha was away so I dealt with the manager called Lauren. Another brilliant experience. She reconfirmed everything from the previous day. Went out of her way to choose what I hope will be a nice cabin.
