Booking made easy
Staff very welcoming when we entered the shop.
They showed professionalism when dealing with our cruise holiday request and were very patient when we were deciding on what grade cabin we wanted.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others when choosing a holiday.

Very helpful friendly staff
Very helpful friendly staff. They make the booking process so easy. Im very computer friendly but it so nice to have the staff at the shop check everything and print the documents for you too.
Can’t fault them. Will always try to both with the Neath travel house from now on.

I’ve been to 4 different travel agents. 2 in port talbot, one was Tui the other travel house. Went to Neath to travel house and Tui. Why i picked travel house Neath is simple. Only travel agent that phoned me up next day, to say they’ve found me a holiday. The times I needed. Brill customer service. I know we’re to book from know on. Thanks travel house Neath.
