Brilliant customer service
Sharon was so helpful (and patient!) with us going through lots of options until we found the right cruise. We're first time cruisers so it was great that Sharon was so knowledgeable about the cruise options and ships and was able to provide first hand experience. Would highly recommend. Amazing service.

Lovely friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff
We recently called in to book a last minute holiday. We had no idea where we wanted to go but had set dates we had to use. Erin managed to find us the perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her. All the staff were really lovely. It was such a lovely atmosphere im the shop. I will definitely go here again to book my next holiday,

The staff were all welcoming and helpful, giving us answers to so many questions . Erin who booked us on the cruise was amazing , explaining so many bits and pieces to enjoy our cruise. Friendly atmosphere. Excellent service. Erin is a great addition to the team at pontypridd. Have booked 2 holidays in last 4 months. Erin has been very helpful patient and delivered exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend.
