Our assistant was attentive and professional and did a brilliant job of accommodating all of our requests with our holiday (we had a lot).
We went in looking and came away with a holiday in Turkey booked.

Great overall experience. Very helpful and informative staff. Sharon who I dealt with was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything I asked she dealt with and if she had to phone me back she always did so when she said she would. Great customer service.

The best travel agent I’ve dealt with.
This is the second time I’ve booked through travel house with Kelly and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had seen the holiday I wanted on a website but wanted it tailored to our needs so knew I’d go straight to Kelly as knew I could trust her as she was amazing when I booked with her last year and she delivered.
I will always book all holidays with her from now on.

Kelly helped us book a nice city break to Amsterdam advising us where was the best place to stay for myself and my daughter, We also booked a cruise for 2026 with Kelly.
The service from start to finish was great I wouldn't book with anyone else.
