I can't believe how easy & helpful - this travel insurance is great!
We purchased this insurance because my family was traveling to Thailand during a time when we felt travel could be subject to some international issues (March 2026)...This was our first time purchasing travel insurance and now I'm a total convert. The insurance was very very easy to purchase and extremely affordable. We really hoped not to have to use this, but our airline cancelled our flight home and rebooked us for two full days later which cost us a couple more days of hotel, food, and transportation. When we got home with filed claims with our airline, Air India, and they were HORRIBLE. They gave us the run around, closed our case multiple times, and used bait and switch methods to confuse us. Eventually they closed our case and offered vouchers for their airline - No Thanks. I filed a claim with Travel Insured International and within a week they accepted the claim and issued the full reimbursement for our out of pocket expenses due to Air India's cancellation of our flight. I am still speechless with how easy, convenient, and painless this claim process was with Travel Insured International. I'm leaving this review because I'm honestly impressed and just thrilled with my experience. Highly recommend this travel insurance!
