Hello my name is Kelly Gronowski and I have to tell you that Marvin at ex #407 is absolutely amazing!! I had a trip already set to go see my kids and grandkids in New Jersey, but a week after I I set my trip up my Aunt who is my Godmother passed away. The funeral is in Ft Myers Florida, so I got a flight to Florida on the 20th of April. My dilemma was getting a flight to New Jersey so I could still get to see my family!! I've been a nervous wreck about it, but Marvin calmed me down and took care of my flights effortlessly!! I can't thank him and Spirit Airlines for all your help!!

I had a great experience with Elena today! She made the process of adding a last minute booking for a child seem like a breeze!

I was struggling with purchasing an airline ticket for my granddaughter Brooklynn to return to Michigan. I was assisted by a young man named Sethh from the reservation desk and he was able to get me a flight right in the spot. Even after having to wait until after work to reserve the ticket. Sethh made sure I was taken care of.

Ms.side was very pleasant, patient and took her time and made sure that everything was properly Scheduled thank you

How ever I’m sad because a Veteran is a veteran we served our country we should be accommodated like a active duty personnel. Think of us who has served present

This was no small feet as we required as short of a travel time as possible with some layovers as we were traveling under special circumstances- a new puppy!
