Best customer service I’ve had with spirit!!

Employee Joy was a great help with my initial switch of canceling one travel and purchasing the same ticket for another. However, that transaction unfortunately had some issues and could not be confirmed and I was notified later that the price skyrocketed. Luckily, Joy was very kind and transferred me to his supervisor Malvin who helped to find a cheaper alternative for the exact same days/times of the initial flight so that my sister and I would leave and arrive at the same time. Malvin was very helpful and informative through the entire process.

Our flight was canceled due to a winter storm coming through. Kevin went above and beyond to help get us back on track. Absolutely awesome job!

He was very courteous and respectful and honest and very very helpful in finding me tickets to suit my travel times for all my families and he got me amazing deals and never give up in helping me.
