Deceptive practices. Do not use Travelzoo. They trick you into autorenew and customer service gives you difficulty refunding membership charges.

Really enjoyed this experience. Some of the cars brought back many memories from my past.
Would recommend if you like cars.

Very nice restaurant in the middle of town. Paid parking in Tesco's nearby. Taster menu was good value with desserts being the highlights especially Treacle Tart as a supplement. Good surroundings and friendly service by Kate the GM. We'd go again with the voucher. Would recommend.

Had a lovely 1 night break , superb location. Room was large with good facilities and very clean . Good hearty breakfast . Friendly staff in both the restaurant and spa .

Booked an afternoon tea through Travelzoo. It was straightforward to then book a table at Marco Pierre White in Durham - and the afternoon tea was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

i now look at travelzoo before booking my short breaks. i now know that i will pay a lot less for the same hotel. i have now been to several hotels i have stayed in in the past but with travelzoo i pay less for the same stay ......bit of no brainer really

Great deal on TravelZoo, and excellent service at the Chelsea Hotel when I called to ask about room availability for voucher use and to book the room using the TravelZoo voucher. Excellent savings compared to prices available on other sites.

Purchased a Travelzoo deal at The Camelia Hotel in Southend-On-Sea, for a night's B&B, plus dinner credit with a glass of wine. Had the best time! A fantastic deal at a really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is right on the seafront, a mile up from the main strip, with a free carpark behind and a nice decked out seating area at the front, with a thick glass wind breaker, so you still get the views, without the chill of the wind disturbing you. I really could not fault the hotel. Clean, comfortable, lots of ambience and fabulous food, with a neon blue lit well srocked bar. Just such a great time away. Thank you Travelzoo. This was a real gem!

Easy to book required dates and to print off the vouchers. No problems at all.

The room, although lacking character, was clean and fully serviced. The hotel dining options were some of the best we have experienced with good prices available throughout the day. Staff were helpful and car parking availability good. Great location for the cinema and theatre.

The surroundings, all of the staff were lovely particularly our main waiter forgotten his name but he was Spanish from Madrid. The food was delicious. 😋

It was a great deal and pretty nice hotel!! It just really needs updated. Staff was friendly, breakfast was a nice set up and decent. The rooms smelled bad, bed/pillows awful so we didnt sleep at all. Also, A C was loud and filter so dirty. Just update things and it will be a nice hotel
