Please don’t trust TRAX courier for your deliveries.

It’s been 23 days, and my parcel worth Rs. 5,000 is still missing. They’ve been fooling me with lies and fake updates all this time.

I had ordered something with great effort, and when the wrong item arrived, I returned it. But now they’ve completely lost my return parcel — and no one is taking responsibility.

Who will return my Rs. 5,000 now?

For someone struggling to earn every rupee, Rs. 5,000 is not a joke — but fraud companies like this will never understand that.

Please beware before trusting your money and items with them.

For the past 5 months, TRAX has withheld payments for 55 successfully delivered shipments, despite all necessary documentation and proof of delivery.

We have consistently followed up with our assigned sales representative — yet we’ve received no resolution, no transparency, and no commitment to clear our dues.

I want to try Trax just to check the payment cycle and delivery service. But the experience is negative star. Very bad experience my all payments stuck for more than 2 months. Scammers they are. Don't use them Postex recommended.

Have not worked with them but the onboarding process itself has stuck. Even the website is not working properly 3 different forms are not working and contact support is of no use.

Total Fraud Scam Company , not clearing payments since 4 months

We worked with trax from the last 2 years but i was not expecting this to happen, our payments of 4 Lac are stuck from the last 3+ month our small business is totally disturbed due to inventory issues and we tried to contact through helpline, email, local office and tried many things but still we're unpaid. i saw numbers of post on instagram, facebook, linkedin etc that so many people are scammed and now some of people are connecting with eachother and creating a community against them so they get their money back, hope it works.

Agr Kisi ko Apna E-commerce business ache se run karna hai to Koi acha partner dhundhe lekin Trax per trust Nahin Karen bilkul bekar service hai extreme payment delays or High Charges.

Very bad customer services. It`s been 2 months and account has not been activated at all and now I am being informed that my contact details are not valid. BRUH!! I have given you screenshots and correct details every time but they still cannot activate my account. Save your time and try other couriers. I have provided my personal details at the time of sign up. Save yourself from such a bad courier company.

if you want to brreak the hope of busienss or want to destroy it so use trax full bad support and bad service.
only give good service to those who have good and more than 100 orders per day.

I was one of the first to sign up for their logistics service when they started in 2019. The service was smooth at first but by 2024 the company failed badly. They charged high prices and shipments were delayed. Payments were also delayed and customer support was poor. The top leadership only posted on Facebook and did not work on the ground. Today I believe they have stopped operations and are no longer working.

I do not wish this type of service upon my worst enemy.
I used their service for my small ecommerce store in which i used to send packages from home.
First and foremost, to get your packages picked up is a hassle in itself. I had to contact 3-4 people before i was given a number of someone who i would have to call every time i needed pickup. Second, while i do wanna give them some credit for getting the parcels smoothly to the customers, it all counts for nothing when you are not getting paid after the orders have been received. When i was signing up, I set it as that i receive my payments 3 times a week. After my first order was delivered, It took them almost 2 MONTHS TO SEND THE PAYMENT. Not only that, i still have yet to receive another payment which has been processing since the first one. God knows how long that would take. Its worth mentioning that to receive the payment which took 2 months, i had to email their customer support almost 20 TIMES and was met with their same generic automated response every time. Please do yourself a favor and never ever ever use their service. It will send you over the edge with these guys.

Bad Service and Pathetic.

Since i was working in Dubai, I ve requested them on their live chat to contact my parent and handover the card to them. The same day my parent receive the call from them that we can not deliver the card due to areas restriction, Whereas when i have inquire the status they have informed that the consignee was not available and we have return the card. Further more i have complaint to their helpline but it vein and did not took any action. So it is advise do not deliver your parcel with this kind of small companies ...

I had a horrible experience with trax, I had my order to be delivered from wah cantt to attock which is literally 45 mins away from where I live, first they delivered it to wrong city (nowshehra), then I told the rider to reroute it, it's been 13 frikin' days and I am still yet to receive the package, and the customer care is also shit, after I lodged a complaint they told me it will be delivered the next day, it's been 4 days since that. I will never recommend trax to anyone. Trash delivery service. 0/10

I had a very disappointing experience with Trax. Their customer service is extremely poor. The rider failed to deliver my package, and despite lodging multiple complaints, they kept promising delivery the “next day” over and over again, but it never happened. Even after informing them about my urgent travel plans, they showed no consideration for their clients and made false promises. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone looking for reliability.

very bad experince i was working with them since 6 years but from 4 months they have were issues of payments they still have to pay 2 to 3 lac to us and giving wrong commitment on daily basis it seems the company is going to close soon so everyone come together and protest in front of their head office and demand for our payments otherwise they ll run

I'm extremely disappointed with the service quality of Trax Courier. They consistently delay orders, often taking 5+ days to deliver! Not only that, but my payment has been pending for over a month now, since the 14th of last month. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and phone, there has been no resolution, and they only respond with vague promises that haven't been fulfilled.

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I urge Trax Courier to address this matter promptly!

Extremely Pathetic Service!!!!

Not recommended to anyone. Pathetic service with no proper tracking. Extremel6 delayed delivery. 4 days and the shipment still in transit. The tracking system of trax courier sucksss. Need an update from system to staff even CEO
