I bought a treat box for both my son…
I bought a treat box for both my son and daughter and actually felt left out once I saw how much they loved the treat, so I treated myself to the birthday box. It's not until 10/11 so I have been opening 1 package each weekend in the run-up; not just a birthday week but month!

Did not receive my order.
I recently found treatbox through the Voxi Drop promotion. I was very excited as I love to support small businesses but unfortunately my order never arrived. I contacted support and they recommended that I wait and contact them at a later date if my order still hadn't arrived. In fairness I completely forgot and emailed them back a month later in which I receive a reply stating that they were unable to replace my order as the promotion had ended. Completely fair. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because while I never received what I ordered, the customer service is amazing.

I Cancelled my order because app a…
I Cancelled my order, after having my arm twisted because app there was a glitch in the system and they informed me after payment that a delivery charge should have been charged, then asking if id like to pay £4.95 to have it delivered after a binding agreement was made, no terms stating a right to cancel by seller order in place.
Yet you make it very very clear ‘free next day delivery’ on your site and across the web (screenshots taken after your app glitch’)
By principle I proceeded with the cancellation

I loved my box
I loved my treat box and the quality of the products is great. Unfortunately there was an item missing which was a little disappointing and it took a few days to send out as it was over the weekend but customer was great.

I wanted to cheer up my daughter who was feeling poorly at uni. I purchased the pumpkin pyjamas with the matching socks. It was delivered the very next day and was as near to a big huge hug from me as it could be. Beautifully packaged and she absolutely adored them. My daughter absolutely loved the autumnal themed package that arrived at her university house. She was over the moon and loved all the gifts I had selected for her with a little message, to arrive first day of autumn. Easy to order and lovely option to add a do not open until sticker on the package. Will definitely be doing another package for her.
