The purchase experience was not good
The purchase experience was not good, the purchased product (shoes) were in a different size than the one in the photos, and another model Blundstone boots have various models like # 2235, or # 2142 etc, the one described in the photo was the # 510, size 9 .. instead a # 522 size 8 has arrived.

Many issues with this app and service…
My email and password is not working and their customer service is very slow to respond . There are some good sellers but there are so many inactive or idle sellers and they dont remove them or allow negative reviews on them.Can I trust saving my card details with them or buying through them? Nope and a big NO
I am based in Copenhagen so logically I should face no problems but Zalando has better customer service . And yes there is no option for you to close your account without going through customer service and thats a big red flag.

We have recently made sure that every buyer is able to rate their seller no matter what, so the ratings will be a bigger indicator for which users to buy from going forward. Moreover, early next year we will have an app update which allows users to delete their own profiles. But yes, for know you will have to go through our support, who respond within 24 hours.

I'M BACK!
Hi. I was asked to reconsider, not literally, my review giving one star if anyway I said it is a good place. So here I'm! Again one star but now with my reasons: Do you block account temporarily to everybody and ask them to send prove of their identity, like a picture of the passport? That's is extremely weird! I came to Trendsales invited for one young girl to make a deal and everything worked perfect and i got my items! "Wao! This is nice! I will stay!" I said and then you bloked me temporarily and sked me all kind of prove: MY PASSPORT! No thanks! I don't want to be in the most secure whatever you told me before! Do you know DBA? Do you think it is less safe than you? Do you see that only star i gave to you, almost losing one of the point? Was me trying to give you less!
Pd. To that robot that bloked me i sent some of my data! You can find me!

Love the dress I bought!
Love the dress I bought! It is a bit different from the description and photos but I was more pleasantly surprised. That said, the box it was packed in did get torn open a bit so that was a dissapointment. Overall though, I am super happy with my experience.
