We have been using Corinium Pet Insurance for 3 years now and have always experienced an excellent service. Extremely prompt authorisation of claim
When I called to ask about making a claim, my call was answered promptly by a friendly operative. On submitting my claim, I received immediate confirmation of receipt and within 3 working days I had received notification that my claim had been authorised, which was such a relief!

The progress of my claim was hindered…by the veterinary hospital insurance claims lack of response to my insurance company.
The progress of my claim was hindered due to the fact that the veterinary surgery I was using was tardy and deplorable. The reason I have not given 5 stars was because Trent Services only copied me in their emails to the practice after they had sent several ignored emails. Had they copied me sooner I would have addressed with the surgery my disdain for their ineptitude as I did which prompted an immediate response from them.
My new veterinary hospital has Corinium Pets on it's list of reputable Pet Insurance companies.
Trent Services then expedited the claim immediately and very satisfactorily.

I was pleased with the service by this dog insurer. I had a very cheap
Policy with a 20% co-payment, but when my dog died very suddenly they paid the amount due within a week
NoQuestions asked. My monthly fee for my standard poodle was £25 a month much cheaper than others, and I would choose them again,

First class claims experience
I put in a recent claim following a trip to our vets where our dog needed to have X-rays. Our vet put in a direct claim and in less than a week the claim had been settled! I called this company twice for advice and both times they were really helpful and did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend insuring your pet with this company.

Poor communication
My claim was underpaid due to changes in my policy that weren’t communicated, yet the policy continues to increase dramatically each year. I sent a email asking for further information and it’s been ignored. Terrible service and now stuck with this company due to my dog having a specific condition.

I took out income protection insurance a couple of years ago and when I unfortunately found myself redundant at the end of last year the team were fantastic in dealing with my claim.
I was understandable panicking about my situation but members of the team talked me through everything, ensured I had all the information I needed and that my claim was handled promptly.
