Everything went to plan and was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend Trent Valley Windows

Two weeks later and I’ve still not had a quote through after spending 90 minutes going through everything with their designer. Then they have the cheek to send me a marketing text (despite opting out of marketing contact) telling me ‘not to miss out’. If they can’t be bothered to send a quote through when they are wanting your custom, what’s the chances of them responding to issues after they have your money?!

I would advise anyone using this company to check the companies house records before paying a deposit.

we had used another company for other work and they were useless, charged a lot and poor workmanship, we looked online and found Trent Valley windows and they were polite prompt very clean workers and the customer service went far beyond what you normally get these days. the price they charged was better than what we had paid the cowboy company and the installation was expertly carried out on time we will certainly use Trent Valley windows again for additional work

They took the time to do the job properly rather than try to make any short cuts.

Had our conservatory, eventually, completed in 2022.(March to Dec - yes, that long!). The build was wrong. A wall had to be remade, it was that far out and not level. The guttering leaked on three corners like Niagara Falls; they came out at least three times to rectify. Failed every time. In the end I said that I would put them right. Fitters attitude was awful. A truly awful experience from start to not finished. I still see that company is having problems a year later. The manager is a great bloke, but the fitters/builders are less than second rate.
Would recommend a big steer clear of this company.

we used Trent Valley for both our windows and an extension, which we are more than happy with. Due to the wet weather we had to wait to have the outside rendering finished. But all in all we are so happy, it has given us the space, for when all the family come to stay. Last Christmas we had 5 grandchildren under 5 and 9 adults. The extra space was great never felt squashed in. I have given a 4 as some things could have gone smoother but, Carol at Trent Valley was very helpful with sorting things when needed. From the first meeting in August last year to now, it has always been no trouble talking things over. we now just need the copies of the planning permission to file and then enjoy the extra space. As for the window, all went in so quickly its hard to remember the old ones.

I'm not going to make it a long story. Since Trent Valley windows has been took over,had new management and staff Excellent job.
I just wish some fitters would have a bit of pride in their work.
I would like to especially say thanks to Tony One of the Fitters Excellent job.
And to thank the new customer service team Very polite and helpful.

Just needed minor door adjustment 18 months after fitting. Came at a time suitable for myself and job sorted with no fuss or bother.

The team worked very well, correspondance, time keeping, service, the lot, could not fault the company and employees, thank-you.

Have put a deposit down and no contact since no return calls or emails.

Arranged for a window to be fitted, this was arranged for 21st April, on arrival couldn't carry out job, soffit and facias needed doing.couldn't do the job .the person who assessed hadn't mentioned it. Another date was made, a two day job , that was cancelled. Then another date made , window was fitted (good team) (good job)wasn't sure when soffit and facias could be completed. Numerous phone calls made, another date made
Who turned up but didn't stay even though I had seen them
Another call made , to be told that another company had taken over, and no longer do soffit and facias

Fantastic service from placing our order to receiving a quote. Installation guys were amazing, clean and professional, thank you James and Connor. The product is excellent quality. Would highly recommend. We used them at our last house for French doors and were highly pleased. We moved and they installed all our new windows at this house and a set of French doors, excellent again. Thinking of getting a conservatory in the future, will use Trent Valley Windows again. We've had a new orangery and have been delighted with the process. The project was managed fantastically and communication and the work was excellent from all involved in the build. Mr and Mrs Saunders.

No real problems from start to finish. Two front windows fitted. Slight delay on arriving on the day of fitting but fitters most apologetic - these things happen. Fitter pointed out about having a dark colour of sealant on outside of window as white can discolour with time. This was useful and i chose brown. Great tip. Had to have scafolding which was included in the price. Taken away has promised the next day. Have used this company several times before, no pressure selling. The price you get quoted is what you pay and no phone calls chasing you. Right up my street.

We had our conservatory updated new brickwork new frames and a supalite roof. Very impressed with the whole process from planning through to completion and the room looks great. We found the tradesmen very professional and very tidy. Would definitely use them again
