Recently had my Mums engagement and wedding rings resized by Trewarne. Her wedding ring, which had not been taken off since Dad put it on in 1959, also needed repairing as it had been cut off when Mum broke her thumb last year. The workmanship was exquisite and Mum even commented that her engagement ring hadn't sparkled like that since it was new. Include a valuation and all the work done was excellent. Thank you

Class of it's own
I had the pleasure of shopping at the Southland store a few weeks ago and would most definitely recommend the store to family and friends looking for beautiful jewellery in a class of it's own. The atmosphere was was very intimated and relaxed unlike most other stores looking only to meet targets. The friendly sales assistant that helped us, Davina, was genuinely interested in our needs and helped us most graciously with our entire purchase.

A True Gem
Through a sea of jewelers, Trewarne outshines many. Finding an engagement ring can be a dauntimg task, cuts, clarity and design options are endless.
The staff at Trewarne were informative and attentive, but most importantly they were patient. They showed various designs and styles, painstakingly so, untill i found wjat I wanted at a price to suit.
An great retailer, i recommend anyone to investigate!

Left my locket braclet to be fixed
Poor at first and then better
I had a call to advise my braclet was ready for collection. Went to the store and the chain wasn't fixed. Therefore had to wait another week.
I had a call after waiting more than 2 weeks to get my braclet back.
The young male staff member had problems finding my repair had to seek help from older female staff member.
I had reservations when collecting my braclet and the way in which it had been fixed was different to how it had been before. I walked away and thought about whether to have it redone or accept the repair.. I did come back to the store on the same day and took my repaired braclet home.
In my opinion The female staff member was good the young male staff member was not so good in looking after a customer and accepting payments.
Perhaps staff need to terrines how repairs are managed and how to accept payments.
