Bought a discontinued item so received a discount which was a bonus

Just like a big brand jewellery shopping experience, wonderful, and Davina was superb at the Southland store. Unique and special offerings as good as the big name brands and custom designs that have gain the attention of friends, colleagues and strangers.

I found them very easy to deal with, helpful and courteous.

The staff were so kind to me when I told them about the experience my daughter in NZ had when she took her late grandmother's pearl necklace into a jeweller to see if they could repair the clasp that was broken so she could wear them at her wedding. We knew the du Barry pearls that had belonged to my mother in law where not expensive but they had great sentimental value especially to my daughter as she had a very close bond with her grandmother. The jewellers in NZ said they weren't valuable and couldn't help her. She was so upset. I told my daughter that on my next visit back to NZ I would get the pearl necklace from her and take it back to Melbourne. I got the opposite response from Trewarne jewellers, they listened to my story and then provided a solution for me, they were so sympathetic. They went to a lot of trouble looking for a clasp that would suit the pearl necklace. The staff restrung the necklace as the threads were so worn on them and cleaned them. The necklace looks so lovely now and I know my daughter is going to be so happy on her wedding day wearing her Gran's pearls. I can't recommend these jewellers enough for the wonderful service they gave me.

I found the customer service to be exceptional. I was treated very attentively which was excellent.

Sales assistant was very helpful in selecting a ring and she showed us various options. As well as being helpful when we took photos of the ring on my finger.

Had a fantastic afternoon at a special showing of Trawarne's OLE LYNGGAARD Collection. Champagne and sandwiches for all admirers of this fabulous brand. A representative from the brand was also there adding to the elegance and class of the afternoon. Service was friendly and attentive, especially from the Trewarne family members who've been around for a long time. Four stars instead of five due to prices of items but quality is always pricey and rating in no way reflects service, reliability or quality.

This is the third time we have purchased jewellery from the Southland store and the service was yet again outstanding. Recently I decided to replace my husband's lost wedding ring and Davina and her team were able to locate the necessary information, order and deliver it so that I could surprise him. We were so happy with the new ring and had an extremely positive experience. Thank you!
