I made an order on the 4th of march 2024 to Portugal.
The order was a pair of sneakers: New Balance 2002R Gore-Tex - Tobacco Brown, size 9.
The order number is #2443.
I paid using my VISA a total of 130,90€ (Euros).
106,95€ for the sneakers plus 23,95€ of shipping costs.
On the 11th and 12th of march i wrote 2 emails to the store asking about my order, Never got any answer.
On the 13th i made another request, filling in the site contact form.
Never received any answer and still haven’t got the order.
I made a complaint in the European Consumer Center and the UK department will receive the complaint and act accordingly.

I cannot recommend this store to anyone. They are awfull and what they really want is your money.
Never buy from this store, especially if you're outside England. You will probably never see the order or your money.
They don't even reply to emails or answer the phone.
Scammers big time.

Horrible. They use UPS to deliver who will not leave packages at your door so have returned to them. The order was received by them but I never got an email to confirm this and that they will refund me. They refused to help with sorting out my problems with UPS. They do not communicate well, quite rude replies and will not resolve your problems. Awful, avoid! I will never shop with them again. Terrible service. I am going to report them to the citizens bureau if I do not get the refund

The boots they sent are fake, this has been authenticated by UGG, I had to send them back to UGG as they refused to refund, contacted trading standards. If you want to pay expensive for fake, use Triads!

Triads.co.uk is a scam company that tricks people. They robbed me of 299 £. Do yourself a favour and steer away from Triads! The worst shopping experience I ever had. I returned a X-mas gift for my girl friend as the size was too large. Triads refused to give a refund (even though I returned it within 30 days). I was given a credit for their webshop. But then they deleted my account without notice. Since they gave me a gift voucher, but when I place an order they do not process it. Triads has repeatedly made up new reasons why my order has not been shipped, i.e. we are changing international couriers, we no longer use that e-mail adress etc. I will never shop at Triads again. Good reviews are fake (names are the same as employees). Find a professional supplier instead of this fraudulent amateur webshop

Would definitely use them again. Ordered online and couldn’t of gone smoother! I managed to track down a Viv Westwood bracelet that I had been trying to find for ages. The price was reasonable and Traids managed to deliver the item in just a couple of days. Thanks!

didn't ever send me the item and disputed my refund with the bank for weeks. eventually sent me a text message basically telling me there's no way they made a mistake and that they wanted more evidence. luckily the bank backed me

Returned a jacket almost a month ago. The return was tracked so I know it has been delivered to them.

Initially they were very slow to respond, but now they just ignore my emails entirely. I have had to open a PayPal case.

Terrible experience. I wouldn't buy anything from Triads if there is a chance you may want to return it.

I returned the item as no longer wanted, the refund took longer than the refunds policy advised I had to call the store on 2 occasions where I was told they would pass on to the manager who was ‘currently away’ and only one authorised to make PayPal refunds. They were helpful enough at store but time taken to get my refund was unacceptable.

Quick delivery and great product! Also appreciate that they noticed that I placed two orders and so sent them in one parcel.

I purchased a sweatshirt from these guys for a festival trip to France. The item turned up a few days later despite paying £6.99 for next day service.
Out of the bag the sweatshirt smelt damp and musty so I tried to contact for a return for refund as this was the last in my size. Didn’t get anywhere with that so applied for the return they use for Royal Mail costing £4.45 roughly.
After my return from France I still hadn’t received any info regarding refund so I joined the chat to speak to a member of staff to be told that someone else was dealing with this even though this had been delivered back to the return department. Still nothing after another week so I opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund included my £6.99 I paid for shipping as I couldn’t wear the item.
After several more messages I was offered a partial refund not including my shipping fee, that I’ve now accepted as needed the money.! Now still waiting for funds to clear. Out of pocket for something I couldn’t wear. Really poor service in my eyes.!! Regards Andrew.

Received my 1st order from Triads today, prompt delivery, great product, great price. Will definitely be using them again. It's important to use small independent businesses, if you don't, that my won't be there in the future.
