PLEASE BE REALLY CAREFUL - THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM
Ordered a 250£ jacket from here. My order was placed, paid for and confirmed by triads on the 24th of September, now we're in October and still no shipment or tracking. No indication of even beggining the process of shipping a parcel. Tried to contact them 2x via e-mail in two different occasions and via their chat in their website, no response.
I'll update this if i ever get the jacket or a response. Horrible customer service and a really high level of unprofessionalism.
As a owner of a B2C, i pay close attention to what my virtual costumers want and say.
As a costumer, i don't need to chase my order if i'm buying your product.
Update #1: It has been over a week since i reached out for the third time to customer support via all channels available - NO Response and NO Package. 3/10/23
Update #2: Got a hold of them via e-mail on their instagram (sales department). They replied asking me to delete this review in order for them to help me - still nothing sorted out on their end. Just this request.
Tip: After 30+ days of non-delivery or refund, you are eligible for double the refund via law. 3/10/23
Update #3: Just got another e-mail from them asking what online store do i own. Just that (Got the SS to prove it). No resolution or help offered yet. All intentions shown, lead me to believe that they would try to bad-review my own stuff after i paid a product (250£) that they didn't deliver on. STILL NO RESOLUTION FROM TRIADS, JUST SOME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3/10/23

Do not use, no customer service and clearly don't care about orders. I ordered a belt, and my package arrived but didn't actually contain the belt. I sent them a polite email with no response. Have now disputed with my bank, absolutely no customer service DO NOT USE

We have confirmed this with our records and the accounts of our packing staff. We take pride in our stringent quality control measures, and it's extremely rare for such discrepancies to occur within our facility.
However, we understand that you received an empty package with just a returns form. We acknowledge your concerns, and we agree that this situation is indeed unusual. In light of this, we have also contacted DPD, the courier responsible for delivering your package, to investigate further. We are working closely with them to track down the shipment's exact route and determine if any irregularities occurred during transit.

Returned a product purchased online within advertised return times ( quoting relevant code ) and still not received refund 26 days following Triads receiving item back. No replies received to emails and told there were ‘staffing’ issues when phoning and that the manager would sort asap and get back to me…still nothing !
Edit-In response to the reply: Paypal case now closed so refund should now be possible. I have been advised today you attempted to refund on Fri but as I had no reply to my communications or updates as to when you would refund I had to take alternative action. A returned call or email to update me beforehand would have helped and prevented this. I look forward to refund being processed now, thanks. Obviously talking via email/phone is preferable to via a review site !

Go to their shop, but good luck if you use their online store.
Bought a product, no communication. Waited 48 hours and asked for tracking info, no communication.
4 hours prior to their specified delivery date I received an email stating I would be refunded in 7 days. No communication whatsoever to explain what had happened or why my order had been cancelled.
Shame as the instore shop reviews look good and that is what drew me to using them.
Unfortunately on Shop app messaging I saw their true colours and they didn't give 2 hoots re my order. Just mocked my grammar.

I attended triads Middlesbrough store today to do a bit of birthday shopping.
The staff were so polite and attentive from the moment I walked in.
The brands and clothing items they had in store such as stone island and carrhart I have never seen in another shop. It was impossible to walk out with nothing due to the discounts they had on at the time and the way I was treated by the staff. Honestly a one of a kind shopping experience highly recommend.

Contacted merchant within the 14 day return window and the email went to their junk. When I chased it they told me I was outside return window for a refund. Explained the situation, they never replied. Chased up 10 weeks later to find out was going on reply was rude and supplier still refuses to offer a refund. Why would I want to shop there with a credit note?!
