I have been a customer of Triflow Concepts for over 20years. Despite being a demanding customer ( wanting everything clarified) I have always found their operatives have considerable patience. Unfortunately no products last forever and new ones come onto the market which are an improvement. In my current dealings I have found them extremely helpful and look forward to having a new system installed.

The filter arrived safely, on time and in perfect condition

Had an issue with a new water filter cartridge received causing a slow flow rate. After a couple of emails and a couple of phone calls with the very helpful Christine, the issue was resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company.

Easy to re-order filter needed. But this time, for the first, no instruction leaflet included in the box?? Disappointing as if not had fitted before would not have had a clue. Online instructions are of no use when you are under the sink trying to fit the part. Please re-introduce including instructions with products.

Rust in my pipes somewhere. Need good filters and these do the job well!

When we bought our house, it already had a Triflow Concepts filter tap in the kitchen. When we extended and upgraded the kitchen in 2015, we installed a new Triflow Concepts filter tap.

In January 2025, the 10-year-old braided hose connected to the filter housing developed a leak. I took the hose to several plumbing merchants, but nobody could supply a replacement. I contacted Triflow Concepts and, although I didn't know the tap (which I now recognise as an Original Churchill Filtered Tap in Chrome), Dan was able to identify it and the correct replacement, which was promptly sent to me. It was easy to fit, and I have had no problems with it since.

A few months later, the spout seal failed. I purchased an inexpensive replacement kit from Amazon, which only lasted a few months.

Today, I contacted Triflow Concepts with a question, which they answered and recommended a solution: replacing the O-ring on the steel filter housing. At the same time, I ordered a genuine spout seal replacement kit. They also emailed me links to a couple of instructional videos for fitting the O-ring and the seal. Although I haven't fitted them yet, I have every confidence that they will work.
