Price of filter is ridiculous, several years ago I got 2 filters for this price. Vey expensive compared to other filter systems on the market...time for a change !

Timely delivery

The item was easy to order and arrived promptly.

Order was processed promptly and product is of good quality. Only issue was that when they acknowledged the order they said I would get delivery details when order was despatched, this didn’t happen. Customer service were very helpful and confirmed order was despatched and who and when it would be delivered by.

The unit is 25 years old, and you still make the cartridges for them.

Everything was fine except a delay in delivery - hence the lateness of this reply.

Great service as always. We’ve been using Triflow Concepts for several years and they always provide quick and efficient service.

Spoke to Dan Perks on Tuesday to order a Replacement Filter, which arrived at home am 16.10.25, as promised.
Dan recognised the Customer Number & could not have been more helpful. Excellent Service.

Dear Triflow Team,
I had to remind myself, who supplied the ceramic filter for my Franke three way kitchen tap.

As it had been a while the ref for the stainless steel housing informed me Franke Triflow FR 124244, but following my initial enquiry, Daniel Perks advised me of the Triflow reference, so easy order via link & despatch by Boost via Royal Mail, all in all a very good service.

Also the TF321 Filter has more water pressure and is filtering clean again, although to be honest, apart from the reduced flow for the existing filter, it seemed to be in good condition.

Please could you advise at some point, why I will require Ceramic technology over other cheaper models ranging from £15 up to £51 or would I benefit from an additional carbon filter, if I consider odour & taste from mains water supplied to BS39 5PA are with provider Bristol Water Company.

Please advise how this would work with my existing stainless steel housing or could I consider alternative carbon filter with composite material to keep the cost economical.

The package was delivered to my billing address instead of the delivery address I provided.

Now I have to either forward it to my client or deliver it myself, which is really inconvenient.

Daniel was very helpful with getting the right spare parts sent out for our Triflow mixer tap. Great service.

Well packed and delivered efficiently, although reschedule delivery date came a little late if I had to book off work.

I didn’t expect to find someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Daniel when I rang to get some guidance, not only did prevent me from ordering the wrong part, he offered a discount as I was ordering two units and sent a video on how to fit it, all in a speedy fashion.
I was surprised and grateful for his help.

it was easy to order online (you've sorted your computer glitches) and delivery by Royal Mail was speedy! All in all a very pleasant experience.

Good filters but they don't communicate about the delivery so you never know when it will arrive which is extremely inconvenient.

Person I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable, and very helpful, and service was excellent, next day delivered,I would recommend to anyone,
