Hello David, I am sorry you have not had a great experience. The Filter Housing Seal which you purchased is a bespoke product for Triflow hence the pricing. This seal required to be replaced every 2-3 years to avoid possible leaking.
Unfortunately the carriage charge is set through Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, we have tried cheaper options, however they were not as reliable and products became missing or damaged.
Our General Manager has tried to call you on your number saved on our database, unfortunately you were not available. If you would like to talk to him then please call on 0800 999 3959 to discuss your complaint further.

We have been using the triflow water…
We have been using the triflow water filter for 3 or more years now. It produces good tasting and clear water.
I find it useful that I get a reminder from the company when I need to change the filter and once ordered it arrives quickly.

Quality products from a professional company …
Quite sad to read any negative views about this company, and feel that I had to say something very positive. We purchased our tap system from Triflow Concepts Ltd back in 2008 when our kitchen was refitted. This product has been one of our best ever buys. We regularly replace our filter to keep our water tiptop, and the service that we have always received has been excellent, from a friendly team, and quick delivery too. So I would like to say bravo 👏.

Purchased a set of Triflow taps for £360 direct from Triflow Concepts.
The plumber noticed one of the handles was faulty.Notified Triflow to be told 1/2 weeks delivery for replacement.
The plumber will be requiring another call out payment of £25,
Keep well away from Triflow is my opinion.

Great Tasting Water.
We have been using Triflow Concepts as a water filter solution for many years. The water tastes wonderful, better than straight out of the tap.
When ordering refill cartridges through the website it is efficient and easy to do and the cartridge arrived safely.
We have a housed cartridge, which is easy to change every 9 months or so. It is considered fragile but we have never had a breakage.
Perhaps the downside at the moment, is that the old cartridge can’t be recycled but I’m sure Triflow are working on that!

Incorrect Advice lead to wrongful purchase
Your General Manager advised the incorrect Model Number of Filter Cartridge for me. I purchased 4 TFE500 Filter Cartridges and tried 2 of them to found out that the model I needed shall be TF321. I am so disappointed and would like to have refund and return.
