Ghastly customer service
Ghastly customer service, extremely unfriendly and last time I am shopping with this store. At first they acknowledged an error on their side with not processing my order but actively and stubbornly refused to make up for it and only supposedly dispatched the parcel with express shipping. It arrived a full week after it should have (with said express shipping) and altogether 2.5 weeks after I placed the order. But I got no words for the arrogance and psychopathy of the customer service.

Fast and sustainable package
