I have always dealt with Sammy Reece for my holiday needs. She is simply amazing at what she does. Sam always finds me exactly what I want at the best price and goes the extra mile every time. She takes all the stress out of booking a holiday and never fails to get it 💯 right every time.
I can't recommended her or the team highly enough.

Rubbish

Horseshit, spent 30 minutes writing a review, went to select photos, the settings returned me to the app only to be introduced with the home page, review binned. A complete waste of my time and effort!

A shocking example of a company drives…

A shocking example of a company drives their own agenda to support of demote businesses by not allowing actual reviews to be put online and then allowing fake reviews to be left
Even after a dispute about negative reviews left for a business and showing them they are fake, they still insist the reviews are legit and have left fake reviews in place

Trip advisor booked me on the wrong…

Trip advisor booked me on the wrong trip. When I showed up on time the tour operator told me it wasn’t safe based on my experience (scuba diving). Trip advisor will not refund your money and will try to take it from small businesses. And the customer service was deliberately wasteful of my time. Don’t use trip advisor.

Stealing, fraudulent organization

We left a review here a week ago, Tripadvisor review was that someone will be in touch within 2 days. NOTHING. We haven’t heard from them in 5 weeks after many calls and emails.

We are a guesthouse in South Africa. Tripadvisor renewed a business advantage subscription for a horrendous amount of money that we didn’t agree to.

Now, after 5 weeks of asking for a cancellation which we are absolutely entitled to after their ts&cs one would expect that after taking money out of our account without consent we would at least receive the service that we paid for. But nothing. No account manager has been in touch.

Taking money and not offering the advertised service in return? That‘s stealing.

Not allowing someone to cancel a subscription that they are legally entitled to after Tripadvisor t&cs? Unethical, illegal and dodgy.

We‘ll spread the word, that‘s for sure.

Beware ... not all is as it seems here

I dont know what has happen in the last couple of years but this site now seems to be about protecting it advertisers \ supliers rather than allowing honest reviews ? I had occasion to review a property over 2 years ago. Out of the blue i get a email from Tripadvisor saying their was a dispute on my report and could i prove I had stayed. Werid but hey i emailed a copy of my reservation etc. Another 6 weeks later I get a email saying that they received my email with confirmation and I hadnt stayed at the property so they were removing. I double checked everything and yes it was the correct place , same address etc. Something is very wrong with this business, most certainly not run for the benefit of the public. BEWARE

we were supposed to be going on a…

we were supposed to be going on a paddington bear tour, we got from ledbury station to great malvern, but the train to London was cancelled!!!! trip advisor didn't even tell us the train was cancelled. they did not even give us a refund!!! i would never recommend trip advisor to anyone because they do not take any notice that you didn't go.

A corrupt and u just organisation…

A corrupt and u just organisation publishing only reviews that are beneficial to their goal and financial acumen.
Trip advisor has appalling slow and poor customer service and support .
Trip advisor should have their license to trade revoked for the way in which they trade which is one sided unfair and illegal.

Staying at the Premier Inn town centre Basingstoke

Just stayed at the Premier Inn town centre in Basingstoke. We have stayed in many and this is by far the best one!! Elena and all the staff there are a credit to the company. They are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms and hotel so clean and inviting. Made our two night stay there such an enjoyable experience,

Horrible customer service

The customer service at the Cabana Inn in Key West Florida is horrible to say the least. They do not return phone calls of urgent nature when car keys were left in the room upon check out. Had to call several times to finally get a human. It is not like a nail file was left behind. This was an error on our part, yes, but to not call back and acknowledge they ever received five phone calls? How hard would it have been to pick up the phone and say, oh we found your keys in room such and such, knowing who just stayed there for several days?
They received several voice mails from us yet no response whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even pets. No concern for anything except the money they collected.

I have tried for over a week to resolve…

I have tried for over a week to resolve a problem with merging accounts. The only thing they tell me is to keep trying. There is no additional help provided. They do not get back in a timely manner. Overall, extremely customer service.

I have used Tripadviser for years as a free site. Now that I have a plus subscription, I get the same customer service as the free site. There is a service number provided but no help is given. Once my subscription is over, I will not renew.

Unethical , dangerous and potentially unlawful practice

I booked a snorkel trip in the Iceland divide There was the ability to cancel up to 24 hrs before. At 12 hrs pre departure I was emailed the medical declaration to complete. It had far more detail than what was on the trip advisor booking page. I am taking prescription medication which on the form required a GP referral. I contacted the company asap. They emailed and phoned explained I could not cancel. They explained this happened often to them and other dive providers yet Viator (Trip advisor) refused to make the medical details and declaration more clear. It was then suggested I tick the “No medical condition “ box therefore not triggering the GP referral I refused to lie on this important document and regrettably was forced to cancel. I have asked again direct to Viator for a refund and so far they have refused. How can a company such as Trip Advisor/Viator knowingly allow and refuse their providers request to make it clear leaving providers and clients in the position where they are encouraged to lie to allow the event to go ahead. This is dangerous, unethical and potentially unlawful as the signed declaration becomes a legal document in the event an incident occurs.

I used TripAdvisor.com to book a trip…

I used TripAdvisor.com to book a trip for a Lesotho walk-around tour. Three-fourths of the places I was to see were closed. I asked for a refund, and they told me the company had fulfilled their end of the contract because I "went to other sites". Mind you the attractions were either behind locked gates due to it being Sunday or defunct. Find you a local company when you go overseas. TripAdvisor.com is borderline irresponsible, and they don't give a damn. They must ensure the company's listings on their website are current or remove them.

Less than useless since the covid lockdowns

Less than useless since the covid lockdowns, so many places have either closed, or name changed. There are very few current reviews, which makes it difficult to confirm if somewhere is still open. Been in Asia for 6 weeks, and found it totally unreliable.
