Trip studio and Selim Travel are Umrah and Hajj specialists. I can not put into words how helpful and supportive Saida was from the start. She booked our tickets. May Allah reward her for all the things she did for my family. Shaan was a very helpful and was there for everyone's family including my own.He never disregarded peoples concerns. I wanna give a huge thanks on Shaan because of all the support and help and the best umrah experience.May Allah reward him for his hardwork. He didn't get angry yet was extremely patient and calm towards others . Also, thank you to Abdirizaq and Hamza for there hardwork aswell. Eid Mubarak to my dear friends and family, from one of the most amazing cities, (that literally never sleeps) in the world, Mecca.

I am truly blessed, honoured and emotional to be here during the last 10 days of Ramadan, (and have been wishing it for a long time). God is most merciful and when he says be, it is.
What can I say, the memories are too many and too amazing and bewildering.

I will never forget my first Qiyaam experience in Al Haram on 30th March 2024. I can honestly say the Imaam’s voice shook the Haram, I will not forget how he prayed for dear Palestine with a full passion, a group that remains resilient and devoted to their religion, despite the ongoing atrocious …

The 27th night of Ramadan! I can’t even begin to describe the buzz, the atmosphere it was truly electrifying. Somehow I managed to make it inside the Haram and remained there for the prayers. Subhannallah. It was truly unreal. Later, Iftar was delivered by the Saudi Government. A generous step in the right direction.

To be here during Ramadan, means having and sharing Iftar in the street, praying in the street, and of course praying in the rain! It means strangers offering me food. It means meeting people from all over the world, with their different cultures and traditions are all united, people from Kenya, Somalia, Canada, the UK, Algeria, America, France, Pakistan, India, I could go on and the many languages spoken, amazing. It means that I have had laughs with my Somali room mates and I would literally be in tears at times! 🤣 I believe this all helps me to become a better human being.

There is something calming and reassuring to see every man who is performing Umra dressed in a 2-piece unstitched garment, whether he is a prince, king or average person. All asking for god’s forgiveness.

Then Eid what a buzz!

I am proud with gods’s mercy, mashallah to say I was here in Ramadan 2024, (part of the 2.5 million worshippers estimated by the Saudi Government).

I am thankful to our group Trip Studio for making this happen. The group leaders were tentative, kind and caring. They ensured all queries were dealt with in a professional manner. I have travelled now with them 3x. I look forward to travelling with them again very soon!

This is the second time I have travelled with Trip Studio and it has been an amazing and comfortable journey on both occasions. You are well looked after and able to enjoy the trip without the holiday stress as the group leaders will do most of the stress work for you and you just sit back and enjoy. The packages consist of nice, clean hotels and daily room service, which are very close to the main mosques. There are usually 2 group leaders, one for the men and one for the women, whom you can take your enquiries to when needed. I have travelled with Saida on both occasions, who is a group leader and she is very helpful and she will go the extra mile to help her customers, just to put them at ease. Brother Ahmed is also brilliant. Overall, I would highly recommend Trip Studio and I would definitely travel again with them.

Our Umrah trip from start to finish has been amazing from Istanbul to Makkah to Madinah. A massive thank you to sister Saida and brother Ahmed for organising such a fantastic trip. Going first time and especially with three kids we were very anxious but sister Saida reassured us along the way from the booking process and throughout the trip. Sister Saida is a credit to TripStudio and if I ever have the chance to perform Umrah again, i will definitely book with you, in shaa Allah. The feelings and emotions are just unexplainable, the feeling after visiting the blessed holy land is a feeling you get nowhere. Alhumdulilah we were lucky.
Everything was so well organised and the advice we received along the way was second to none!
We definitely have the Umrah blues, we left a piece of our heart there, may Allah grant us all the opportunity to visit again, ameen.

Sohail Ali - A special shout out to Trip Studio on what has been a life-changing experience upon the completion of Umrah. May Allah swt accept our Umrah and dua’s. I can’t put into words how great Saida was in supporting, guiding and being a mother like figure across the entire 10 day trip. From Istanbul, to Makkah and finally Saudi, Saida was not only a supporting team leader but also kept the group smiling throughout with memories that will last a lifetime. Trip Studio were both courteous and professional from day one particularly sister Sadia who maintained that standard throughout the Umrah tour. It was our first time experience and thanks to Trip Studio it was great and very memorable. Amazing umrah experience wth Trip Studio. The support was fantastic from the booking right thru to completion of the umrah visit. Have to say a special thank u to sister Saeeda for answering my million questions and her reassurance and valuable advice. Her advice helped my umrah trip go smoothly as she anticipated all the problems and advised me of them before. Jzk to brother Bazi for his support on the ground and for his detailed and inspirational ziyarah tours - we weren’t rushed through it - instead brother Bazi explained each site in detail and helped us understand the lessons Allah taught us at each ziyarah. He was always available to answer queries and help throughout th duration of our stay. His help at th zam zam water point at airport was hugely beneficial to the group.

Thank you for everything, and may Allah (SWT) accept our Umrahs and duas inshallah. My mother and I would like to express our gratitude to the Ibadah Tours team. Despite minor mishaps (coach delays, etc.), I have to say that the entire trip outweighed everything because it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you so much to our tour guides (Saida and Hamza), who stayed with us until the end. Alhamdulilah, they helped, guided, and looked after us. But especially Saida, who was the trip's backbone! Thank you, sister, for always looking out for us, for your patience, and for your constant smile. . I'd also like to express my gratitude to Brother Asif, who was constantly imparting wisdom and knowledge throughout the trip. It was incredible to hear all of our Prophet (PBUH)wonderful stories. The whole tour package by Ibada Tours was true and made me feel ,i am in safe hands.There were young and old from different towns and cities of UK .Our narrator Mr Wasim Kempson made knowledgeable lectures on different holy sights .Being a first time pilgrim ,i am happy all turned out good.i witnessed people coming closer day by day and saw them united all the time .

Such an amazing team! It was my husband’s and my first Umrah and the team made sure we were very comfortable, from booking the Umrah trip, to travelling there, the whole journey there and coming back to the UK. The professionalism and the dedication to service they have shown has been unmatched. With the detailed itinerary, we got to experience so many new things and still have our own free time. I would also like to personally thank sister Saida for her support during this trip. From the beginning she has been extremely kind and supportive, ready to help us with anything that we needed. Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to pray in the Rawdah so for this we are extremely grateful.
