This was an amazing experience and a very well organised trip. We stayed with people from different backgrounds and cultures and in top hotels. There was good communication and transport to ziyarats and the airport was included.

I would not hesitate to go on another trip with this group, it’s been a long time since I had a good laugh and came out of my own comfort zone!

I’ve been Assaulted !

Me and my family travelled with Tripstudio this month . August 9-20th 2022.

I trusted the reviews I’ve read and just booked . But that’s the biggest mistake I’ve ever made !

I’ve saved for over a year to take my family on this trip . Whilst working two jobs . We were all so excited to travel .
But our dream soon turned into a living nightmare!!

From the beginning of the trip …the travel agent SADIA left us stranded in the super large Turkey airport. Without no update of when our connecting flight was .
No assent or help was provided for my disabled mother and elderly grandmother. We had to make our own way to the other side of the airport, which took more than 30mins to get there . We barely made it to our connecting flight . Once confronted , she was defensive , aggressive & didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience she caused my disabled mother and elderly Grandmother.

I’ve requested special requirements for my mother and grandmother a few months prior to travelling. But once we’ve arrived to the airport, that promise was not conducted by Sadia.

Thorough out the trip, Sadia was Passive Aggressive, rude, Unprofessional & displayed Bullying Behaviour. Which was extremely shocking to us, as this was a Holly Trip and these behaviours were uncalled for. This made us feel unsafe & extremely anxious.

Furthermore, Sadia Invaded our rights of privacy by taking videos and pictures of us without our consent. She went ahead to post all of these pictures and videos on social media. Once again, when we approached her about the matter, she was aggressive, dismissed our concern & she displayed threatening behaviour.

At the end of the trip, I was assaulted by Saida sister. Unprovoked. She physically assaulted me with the luggage trolley TWICE. She was screaming at me whilst using foul language. This behaviour is unjustifiable, inexcusable and unreasonable.

Non of the travel agents did anything to help. Especially Sadia, she put her hand in my face and walked away ordering me to be quite.

I’ve reposted this directly to the manager of the airport in Jeddah on the day of the incident . A file has been issued to the Saudi Arabian embassy in London.

I’ve been issued an examination by the doctor & as a result of the incident I’ve sustained injuries due to this assault. I’ve obtained proof of X-RAY images /CCTV and a Doctors note as evidence of this terrible traumatic endeavour.

I will be taking further actions against this company & especially specific individuals for this unforgivable treatment that me and my family had to unfortunately experience.

Brother shaan was an excellent tour guide may Allah reward him with much khayr

It was good service and I’ve been on Umrah many times with them, I would definitely recommend this service. The team leader Shaan and everyone in the team are very good people. I recommend for all my brothers and sisters to use their service for hajj and Umrah and for any other holiday.

Excellent service! These guys really went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that customers were satisfied. I was made to feel valued and appreciated. The service was courteous and polite, and I was kept well informed throughout.

In my lifetime ive heard how difficult it could be to go to umrah especially on your first time. There are many factors you need to keep in mind and worry about alot of things including the hotel the distance the laws etc however with trip studio I can honestly say it was smooth sailings. My husband is disabled which added another worry onto us however trip studio took that in mind and made sure he was not missing out on anything. They have provided excellent service and great customer care. It was so amazing that on the way home I was already planning in my mind when I can come back next year!! Highly recommended and my sons, my husband and I are very very happy customers.

Very good service from brother Shan was a great mentor had everything planned update brother Shan had everything under control with group chat tickets hotel check in it was a very smooth great trip I would recommend people to use this service as you won’t get better slam to brother Shan may Allah swt bless him for making our trip easy for us From halima

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who went on this Umrah Package...

"We finished our trip not too long ago and have been impressed with the quality of the service that we had to write a review.

Masha'Allah Tabark'Allah from start to finish we we're catered to by this amazing team. Our stay in Madinah was at a top hotel (Leader Hotel) which was within close proximity to Prophet's Mosque (2mins walk from our hotel) and on the side of the womens gate. We toured all the Islamic sites of Madinah and the Sheikh was at hand to answer any Islamic questions we had. After spending several days in Madinah we then went to Makkah and performed Ummrah. The company booked us in the Swiss Hotel which is on the right side of the giant clock tower which allowed us to no miss a single prayer.

The overall package was 5 stars and we are planning (Insha'Allah) to go to Masjid Al Aqsa in the near future.

Excellent service and a great understanding of the trip with lots of insights. Including visiting areas that are little known. The atmosphere keeps you in a state of worship and a remembrance of the purpose of our trip.

What an absolutely amazing team! Brother Shaan and Sister Saida have been fantastic in organising and guiding me through this trip. They were so helpful with their insightful Islamic knowledge and tips so I could really get the most out of this Umrah, not least of all with providing the relevant duas during specific times. The support and various Islamic excursions really made the trip special. I truly recommend them for anyone looking to go Umrah. Jazah Khallah Kair Brother Shaan and Sister Saida. This will be an Umrah that will be close to my heart forever! Last but not least it was well worth the travel from Newcastle upon Tyne.

My trip to complete Umrah was a wonderful experience. From the booking process to the group leader Shaan and the female leader Saida were excellent helping us with anything we needed. I will recommend their service and would use it again in the future inshallah.

Alhamdulilah me & my family went for umrah with Tripstudio and were accompanied by brother Shaan & sister Saida. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as I had arranged for me & 8 of my family members to be part of this group & wasn’t sure if they would be able to cater to everyone but Sister Saida reassured me that they will deliver the best support.

Now having completed our umrah on behalf of myself & my family I can say Tripstudios made our umrah go smoothly & did deliver good support throughout alhamdulilah.

Brother Shaan is very knowledgeable & explained things well. Sister Saida was on hand & was able to answer our questions & accompanied the sisters.

We really enjoyed going to ziyarahs whilst being accompanied by Shaykhs, which made the trip extra special.

Alhamdulillah this was my first time performing my Umrah and I can honestly say the whole experience has been a blessing. Both Brother Shaan and sister Saida truly made us feel at ease, they thoroughly planned this trip and went above and beyond to understand every individuals personal preferences and share every detail of what we should do and expect. The knowledge they shared with me was truly a blessing, I could not recommend there service enough. If you were to book with trip studio then know you are in safe hands.

The trip was very well planned and the agents (saida and shaan ) were very open to any questions and taught us a lot about the history and the prophets and the areas of Mecca and medina also they guided us through our umrah and have learned a lot through this trip. Overall the experience to travel to Saudi was great looking forward for any trips with them in the future inshallah. Would highly recommend.
