I like the products and my agent …

I like the products and my agent Steve is very good but I'm hoping delivery can be done fast hopefully and price could a little bit better in the future.

Most of the time this company is great…

Most of the time this company is great and i have no issues. However, the shipping dept doesn't seem to like to read my notes about using the smallest possible shipping containers, or any of the ways I'd like m y orders shipped. It rarely ever happens. And many times the costs of shipping are almost as equal as the cost of the items I ordered, sometimes more. absolutely ridiculous, IMHO. A very small business like myself cannot afford this a lot of the time.

We received some Erin Green Sunbrella…

We received some Erin Green Sunbrella with flaws that we were unable to cut around, sent photos, and have to ship the fabric back. While we got a label from Trivantage, it is a hassel. Especially since we have done business with Trivantage for years, and almost never make any claims, even when we could have multiple times.

Dependable, Responsive, and Highly Recommended

We’ve been doing business with TriVantage for 39 years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Orders always arrive on time, and their chat support responds quickly and is extremely helpful whenever I have questions. On the rare occasion we encounter a minor issue, it’s resolved promptly. Our main sales reps, Mike B. and John R., are fantastic—they answer emails promptly and send sample books and catalogs as soon as we request them. We truly appreciate TriVantage' s reliability and outstanding customer service!

I only use this company for odds & ends…

I only use this company for odds & ends as they seem to make mistakes then I have to wait over 30 days to get my money back when they made the mistake and my funds are trapped till trivantage releases them. And it happened agin on this order……….. why???? Could it be the lack of caring about these customers!

Supplier is very effecient

All my shipments are shipped in a timely manner and orders are acknowledge immediately after ordering.
Also emails are answer quickly. Great customer service team!

I requested samples

I requested samples. Jon was on it first day.the team got a great variety of just what I really needed.couldn’t be more thankful.have appts set up for next couple weeks to shop off what’s new and hopefully will be placing orders soon
