I ordered Alexander McQueen on 12/09/2022 and until now I didn’t receive my order yet and I tried to contacted you afew time by email and WhatsApp and instagram but didn’t hair any from you and Klarna already took two times payment from my account????

Despite numerous emails and phone calls I can not get hold of anyone to chase for a refund for an item I returned several months ago.

I've purchased a pair of trainers and have not received them yet. There's been 20 days since.
I'm trying to contact the customer support to no avail. That's a complete lack of respect with any customers and I'm decided to have my money back. It just feels like it's a scam.
My order #107842, was a gift from my partner and I feel very disappointed for having invested in this.
I'll start sharing this in the Social Media so other people are not fooled as I was.

I have tried to reach customer service without any luck. My order is 107747, it was made 11 days ago and yet it has yet to be packed or shipped even though it should be within 2-3 days. If I don’t receive one within 48 hours I will file a complaint and seek a refund from PayPal.

Ordered a bag from them on the 28th September 2022, it is still being “processed” I have tried to contact them via their web chat twice and had no contact back.

I made an order on Sep 5th. Today is October 7th. Delivery was due in 2-5 days, but nothing's arrived and this merchant is totally unresponsive to calls / emails / whatsapp. Looks like it is a scam business. Avoid at all costs! They have replied to this review telling me to email them. Of course I did that weeks ago and have had no response. Just avoid!

Stay clear.. this company has no customer service whatsoever. No replies to emails, nobody to answer phone calls and their return service is a scam! I spent £260 on 2 pairs of shoes that are too small and have been trying to return them for weeks..
I’m going to have to sell them on eBay and lose money..
Go to another shop!

Karma comes full circle and people that dupe people out of their money will get their comeuppance.

Luckily, I only spent £100 via credit card/klarna. I made an order for a t-shirt I liked and the delivery was supposed to take 2-5 days and cost £9.99. I have sent 3 unanswered emails in total and now I am convinced that I have been successfully scammed.

Keep playing with people's money.

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Never received order, won't reply to emails, WhatsApps messages, website, Instagram. Klarna have the same issues trying to contact them.... appears to be a SCAM!

Order not received, and no contact from them about this. I have chased numerous times and no response from them. Reported to Klarna for their help but wish i'd been on here sooner to seen the reviews.

I wish I had read this page before. This is a scam company. I spent nearly £200, but 10 days later there is no sign of my order. Have emailed, called, texted. No response. Will be starting a claim with Klarna.

If anyone knows how to report this company, please write a review here and let everybody know, I definitely want to report this. After so many bad reviews, this company should be shutdown and investigated. Wish I would have read this before making a purchase. I have done so many online shopping, this website just acts strange.
9/22 update: the bank issued credit back to me, I suggest you file a claim to your bank if you paid by credit card. Let the bank put a red flag on this company.

Placed an order and confirmation received. Now two weeks down the line and nothing but stoney silence despite numerous emails to cancel my order (#107453).
