Purchased an item and had to return for a refund, I received an email say they have approved my return and then another to say they have received my item back and will email me when refunded. 2 Months later still no refund, I have emailed them, messaged them on WhatsApp and now even messaged on Instagram. Still no reply and still no refund for £535 trainers

I originally sent the trainers back for a refund as I bought the same trainers in a different size from this company now I’m questioning if they are authentic going by the reviews and seeing how no ones getting there refunds. I have also noticed they have time to comment of some reviews but can’t reply back to messages and email. Be careful if buying because if you need an exchange or refund you won’t get a reply from the company

I placed my order 5843 for £750 3 months ago. 9 days later I received the wrong item, I emailed and whatsaped multiple times for a return shipping label but received no reply. I should not be expected to cover any shipping and insurance costs for receiving an incorrect item, that is just basic. To this date, I still do not have a single reply.

Shambolic. Been waiting 4 months for a £1000 refund, despite following all instructions perfectly and acknowledgement it has been received. Cannot get hold of them, ignore my emails and interaction via various platforms. Funny how all the positive reviews are worded the same and come in spurts to flush out the negative reviews. Avoid this incompetent company at all costs, not worth the stress or hassle. They seem to spend more time disputing negative reviews than running a clean business.

I sent back trainers on the 22nd June and completed the refund request document.

I have heard nothing from this business or any confirmation on my refund or confirmation they have received the trainers.

They owe me nearly £300 and I am yet to hear from them. Their phone line seems fake - I have called nearly every day at different times and it goes straight to voicemail, I’ve whatsapp/ insta messaged and emailed. Every platform they ignore any type of contact.

I would encourage anyone NEVER to purchase from this website. It was too good to be true for the price the shoes were- I should have known it was a scam!

I have submitted a claim from my bank as this seems to be the only way I can try and get my money back as TRNDZ BOUTIQUE does not seem to be a real business and if they are then I am ashamed of the level of service they have provided to me.

Ordered a pair of trainers (order #: 6204) on 7th Jul. Received order confirmation, and opted for Klarna payment and DPD delivery (2-5 working days). No communication at all since that confirmation. Chased on 15th Jul for a status update, but haven't heard back. Decided to cancel my order on 16th Jul (via email and whatsapp) as another retailer can deliver much quicker and has prompt confirmation.

Repeated calls to contact Trndz on 22nd and on 26th (today), but no answering. Klarna/Trndz obvs took my 1/3 of my payment for the item "ordered". All I need is for Trndz now to acknowledge the cancellation, so I get my money back and move on.

Just can't believe the total lack of communication on their part, utterly unprofessional.

Update as of 11 Aug 2021 ---
Got a notification that Trndz Boutique is questioning the basis of my claim - amusing to say the least. The business simply doesn't acknowledge where it falls short, yet it tries to invalidate my claim. Not to worry.. I have got all the emails and confirmations (order #: 6204). Although the matter is now concluded (only after a month or so), the purchasing experience has clearly been painful, and I would urge fellow shoppers to avoid it at all costs.

Literally the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a hoodie on 29th May and it was supposed to be shipped between 5-14 working days, obviously it wasn't, they ignored countless emails and finally after chasing they refunded me a week ago. My wife is going through the same experience, they've ignored her emails asking for a refund (she's been chasing for 2 months as well) and when she finally decided to go through her Credit Card company, TRNDZ Boutique decide to email her straight away asking "is there any reason you can provide for why [the chargeback] was opened". Honestly the cheek of it really annoys me and quite frankly I think it is disgusting.

Extremely poor customer service, I doubt they have any stock and it's probably all just a big fraudulent website.

My recommendation for anyone would be to stay clear of this company.

I will ALWAYS use Trustpilot in future before making any purchase.

Lesson learnt.

Good packaging poor customer service had to wait 3 days for a email back had 0 idea of when my t shirt was coming as it was supposed to arrive 3 days before but other than that everything was fine

Bad service. Never followed up with my order, when they did. They said they had stock to go on and ignore me again. Never got the order I paid for even though they kept my money for well over a month.

Paid for next day delivery, it arrived after about 4 weeks with no real communication from them to be honest, not even an apology or offer of refund for the delivery, as per your reply it was maybe delivered 9th April but it certainly wasn't ordered on the 3rd of April this was for the wife's 40th so I ordered it weeks before that

Shocking. In this day and age when customer service is key this company provide no service- happily take your money then zero contact no matter the number of emails asking for help . Zero response. WhatsApp contact number is only a voicemail facility. Zero call backs. Leave a poor review they respond publicly to review saying they will be in contact and no surprise zero contact. Folks keep your money avoid this site. Order placed has not materialised a month on.

Quick update, I posted a review on this last week for some Alexander McQueens at £275.00.
Trust pilot asked me to verify my review with pictures of communications and order number etc.
Had no correspondence but they have refunded me so at least I managed to get my money back. It’s just hit my account.
Hope that fills some of you with a little more hope. Thanks

Would rate 0 if I could,
Ordered a T-shirt from them which I returned, was told I’d have a refund within 2 weeks.

Don’t reply to emails, calls, what’s apps or Instagram messages despite sending several.

Wish I’d of read other honest reviews before purchasing… pretty sure these 5 star reviews are made by them as they don’t seem to review any other sites 😂

UPDATE: had a response, they explained there had been an issue with the supplier and my items arrived safely and packed well. I’d recommend ordering if you don’t mind waiting a little bit longer for delivery and responses. The actual items are perfect, just there’s a slight lack of communication from the store.

So far 1 star, been waiting for a reply about an order from the end of June. They said delivery is 2-5 days but I’ve not even had a shipping confirmation. My order was a birthday present for 24th July but two weeks from order date I still haven’t even had a response. I don’t mind waiting if something is for PRE-ORDER but if it is it should be advertised as pre-order. This is false advertisement and is awful service.

I order an item on June 14th it is now July 9th and I have still not received my order, neither any update emails. I have contacted them through email, WhatsApp and Instagram twice and heard nothing back. Shocking customer service.

Unfortunately there isn’t a minus start option. Worst ever purchase
