I must say the ‘Trouva’ experience…
I must say the ‘Trouva’ experience added a much needed excitement and anticipation to online retail. Not only we we were able to choose a product that matched our needs perfectly but the range of boutiques featured from across Europe made it more special. The beautiful wool blanket arrived from Hamburg attractively packaged and with a personal thank you note. The customer service advisers at Trouva were excellent throughout.

A fabulous find!
I love the concept of Trouva and what it has to offer. There's nothing else like it, to my knowledge.
It's a marvellous source of a wide-ranging choice of design-led quality unusual products via so many individual and independent shops, which wholly deserve the exposure and business.
I've bought several great Christmas presents as well as more selfish items using Trouva, and found some wonderful boutiques and suppliers to follow - there are so many things on my wish list as a result.
As other reviewers have rightly noted, their customer service is exceptional.
Refining the search facility would be useful but would not stop me continuing to use them.

It is a delight to shop with Trouva. The range of boutique's are extensive and the goods amazing to suit every pocket. My only bug bare is you have to pay delivery from each boutique. Apart from that, you can expect exceptional customer service and each parcel is a joy to receive, each item beautifully wrapped. 5 stars!

Very reliable website! I found the products cheaper & used the 10% discount since it was my first order. The shop sent the items very fast (the following morning) + with a careful packaging! I also like the website, very user-friendly with a smooth experience. I would totally order again and recommend it.
