Informative CS, good deals, nice website
Managed to snag a pair of shoes been after for a while, found at very good price on Trouvo. After order, emails kept me informed without overloading inbox. CS did contact to inform of small issue and item arrived within a couple of days, well packed and as expected.

Trouva is my “go to “ place for everything.
After a futile search for some silver Birkenstocks in my size I finally tried Trouva and amazingly they had them in stock! I will try them first next time I want something. Delivery was super fast and I was given updates at each stage from the time I ordered them.

Great range of products and great service
I have found lots of really delightful products on Trouva, I think they do a great job of curating shops & products to keep everything interesting and high quality. Unlike some Etsy shops which are clearly just reselling very cheap, mass-manufactured things. It's also nice to feel like you are supporting a real, independent business. Shipping can be a bit pricey if you end up buying from multiple places, but I've had a really good experience with all my purchases so far.

Great customer service. Didn’t have what I wanted in stock (ostrich feather duster) but texted me on a Sunday to offer an alternative which was slightly more expensive but at the lower price

Ordered quite a few items
Ordered quite a few items, some of which I returned. Did everything right and paid for tracked postage. Items where constantly getting delayed or lost, which meant Trouva refused to give me a refund. If a seller uses an unreliable courier then I think Trouva should consider no longer using them, also quality of items has really gone downhill.

I feel Trouva has got it just right as I prefer Boutique style shops
I feel Trouva has got it just right. I prefer looking at boutique style shops rather than high street. Ordered a pretty dress (from Aloft). Sadly too big and they didn't have a smaller size to exchange so had to return but will definitely use Trouva first always.

Ordered two enamel and silver photo frames, they arrived in 2 day's, which was supper quick. I also appreciated that they were wrapped in tissue paper with a pretty sticker holding the tissue together no need for wrapping.

Great Service - I mistakenly ordered the wrong size but…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size but immediately raised an email requesting the size be changed. Shane from Trouva was really efficient in responding and continued to keep me up to date with the transit. The skirt I ordered was from Attic Womenswear who shipped straight away.
I was very impressed and will absolutely look to use Trouva again.

Great website. An online department store!
Great stuff from brands I've bought in the past - often in a sale cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery and any returns super simple also. Great site to have a poke about for clothes you never knew you needed.

Hoxton Street Monster Supplies shipping snafu, fixed fast
The small boutique I was buying from did not send my package in a timely manner, and Trouva was on it before I even really knew that there was anything amiss. They contacted me to let me know what happened, and also contacted the boutique and made sure that the package got shipped asap. Because of their vigilance and speed to act when something went wrong with the shipping, the package arrived only one day late (and the holiday it was for was on a Sunday so I wasn't expecting the package on the day of as it was.) My sister loved her gifts, and she never knew that they arrived anything other than as planned thanks to Trouva.

I needed 2 Coronation Mugs for my grandchildren for Coronation day and was thrilled when I found them online. But the shop got in touch - there was only 1 left! Could they send me another one slightly different? Yes, please, and it was sent before Coronation Day too!!
