Buyer Beware
Sent me the wrong item. Took a week of messages back and forth with grammatically poor emails from customer service, and finally a refund which was going to be 10% of my order and instead I got refunded £1!
The customer service is so poor when something goes wrong I am glad the item was inexpensive but I will not buy from them again

Excellent site for independent boutiques
I was searching for an item of clothing that couldn’t be delivered by Kaffe - a European company. I managed to track it down via an independent boutique and Trouva brought this all together. The site was so easy to use & delivery was speedy. Couldn’t be any happier!

Had a great experience with this company. They have lots of small businesses and boutiques. I order a rug from a boutique called Bill & Edna . I had seen the rug on Pinterest and it directed me to this website. First time using them and I will definitely use again. Arrived very promptly and well packaged with a personalised thank you card. Very happy.

Scam!! Avoid at all costs.
Returned an item, provided proof of return and I still have not received my refund. It has been over a month. I have reached out to the seller and Trouva customer service and they have completely ignored me. I no longer have the goods and I’m out of pocket of a £100. Complete scam. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.
