My son asked me to order a calendar that cost £32.99 plus about £5 p&p.
What arrived was basically just a piece of paper for each month of the year plus a to do list for each month. It can't have cost more than a couple of quid to print off. Very disappointed as it was supposed to be a Xmas gift but I thought it would be an insult to give it. The return postage was also expensive though would have cost twice as much if I'd done what they instructed - signed for, recorded delivery and proof of postage. Seems very dodgy

They gave me excellent customer service after I didn't realize their return fee was higher than other websites. This is because they represent small boutiques in Europe. They were very caring and immediately responded to my request.

I desperately wanted a very specific Christmas wreath that was out of stock everywhere. I chanced upon (the last) one on Trouva from a small independent shop, &Quirkey in Berkhamstead. Purchased Sunday night and was with me Tuesday. First class from Trouva and &Quirky.

This isn’t the first time that I’ve used Trouva and they are as good as ever. I found just what I wanted and the delivery service was excellent. The only thing I’d say is that the handbag I ordered should have been covered in some tissue or some kind of cover because it’s a Christmas present.

I love the idea of being able to help small independent stores. It’s so hard for them these days and the quality & personal attention you receive from the manager is second to none.. I have enjoyed my experience so much I have returned again I highly recommend this way of shopping..

I purchased a bowl that sadly arrived damaged this was disappointing! however I can say that this company dealt with the issue within 24hrs.
I have been promised a full refund plus a discount code for future purchases , I can honestly say the customer service gives me confidence in ordering in the future.

I have calling them and have left two messages but have had no response - I’m glad I hadn’t bought something now as the customer support, should there have been an issue would have likely been as non Responsive

Unfortunately I had to return the blouse I bought as it had a flaw. I thought the customer service experience with Trouva was great. Frequent e mails to guide me through the returns process and subsequent refund. All in all a positive experience and I feel confident to buy through Trouva again

Package required import fee but I was never contacted to pay that so package went back to England. After contacting PayPal and Trouva I received full refund. Thank you.

I recently purchased a dress through Trouva from USA. When the package arrived there were Customs fees to pay which was not made clear on the website. It took days of emails and calls to finally pay the fee and get the package delivered. I ordered a size 12 dress and was sent a size 8. I ordered an American label so no discrepancy about sizing issues. Customer service took 3 days to respond. The whole experience was terrible. I will Never buy from this site again.
