The support is 2nd to none
The support is 2nd to none. My laser monkey failed just out of the warranty period. I contacted them and was asked to send in for inspection. After a few days I had great news that the laser had gone faulty and a replacement was sent to me FOC.

The tyre monkey lever works great but…
The tyre monkey lever works great but it only last for a couple of tyre changes. Now the lip has broke off so it won't hook under the tyre. It's a shame because it worksMegan Mullally brilliant

No box as advertised
Products arrived quickly as promised as I paid for next day delivery. However their advert for the cleaning bundle clearly shows items in a gift type box. However when they arrived they were all just loose in the cardboard box they were delivered in. As this is a Xmas gift I now have to go out and by a gift box.

I had a mixed experience with Tru-Tension Ltd. The initial impression was good as the products were well thought out and effective, but there were some issues. I bought a tyre monkey that unfortunately snapped on first use, and the customer service was unhelpful. On a positive note, the Black Friday cleaning kit arrived quickly and mostly in good condition, despite a small leak and partially filled bottles. The grime guard and bike soap are great, though more eco-friendly packaging would be appreciated. Overall, Tru-Tension has potential, but improvements in product durability and customer service are needed.

I ordered the tru tension monkey tyre lever from the Australian website which said it was in stock in australia. That was over a week ago. I just got an email saying it is now ready to ship from the UK. Wtf man. If I.knew that I would have just got one from the local bike store.

This product is so good
This product is so good, a big step above ordinary tyre levers. If you exclude the fact it is more robust and doesn’t bend, its action really makes getting tyres on and off a cinch and at speed.
This kit is so good even my grannie is going to get one this Christmas.

I placed and order paying for next day delivery yet I’m still waiting for my order In fact the tracking number says the courier is still only expecting my order this is the second email that I’ve sent and still I’ve had no reply whatsoever this is very poor customer service deal with this issue just looking through your reviews and this is a common issue with the service won’t be using your product ever again and will leave a review on every platform possible to make sure people are aware how poor your service really is…… disgraceful .

Purchased an item from Tru-Tension, paid via ApplePay and the website said the payment failed. Checked my emails, no email confirmation from Tru-Tension.
Placed a new ordered using PayPal, I received confirmation from PayPal but no email from Tru-Tension.
A day later I checked my bank account, payment taken twice. Checked Tru-Tensions website, no telephone number, only option to to message them and they'll replay within 1-3 days.
4 days later, still no reply from Tru-Tension and still no email from them confirming any order information.
Now I've received 2 separate emails from Evri confirming they have 2 parcels from Tru-Tension to send me.
I have still had no contact from Tru-Tension to this day.
