All the guides and experiences were…informative, helpful, nice to spend the day with.
All the guides and experiences were wonderful and informative. They were patient with us and we learned a lot from them. The drivers that we had were lovely as well. It was an overall wonderful family vacation with a 15 and 13 year old. This was our second trip with True Trips and it was just as amazing as the first. Thank you to everyone that planned and guided our family.

Croatia Vacation
This vacation was magical. The agents at True Trips were always so helpful, provided responses to all of our questions, and provided detailed information for our arrival. Once there, we were so happy with the hotels selected at each of our city stops and the planned excursions. They are a top notch agency and I would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone traveling there. Thank you for helping us plan such an amazing vacation.

TRIP OF A LIFETIME
We returned 3 weeks ago from a 3 week trip of a lifetime. It was a multi destination holiday through Portugal and Greece, and the handling of reservations, transfers, tickets and even the 1 hiccup while in KOS (seas were too rough, ferry cancelled); the last minute accommodations at the Lango Design Hotel and Spa (this was a true find) in KOS were spectacular (we are all still talking about the buffet breakfast!!). The highlight of our trip was our 6 night stay at The Petra in Patmos, Greece. A true family experience, where we felt a part of this special family.
A very busy 3 week holiday but everything was handled with professionalism, honesty and pure knowledge. We will return and use TrueTrips again!
PS - we miss 'our' family at The Petra

Hi Patty,
Your review of your recent adventure through Portugal and Greece truly touched our hearts! It brings us immense joy to hear that your three-week journey was a "trip of a lifetime." Your satisfaction is our greatest reward, and we are committed to making every aspect of your journey seamless and memorable, even when unforeseen circumstances arise. We are also thrilled that you considered your stay in Patmos, at our very-own gem the_Petra, the highlight of your trip. The warmth you felt while at the_Petra is a feeling we hold dear and one that we aim to extend to every guest. The idea of treating everyone like (Greek) family, rooted in the ancient Greek traditions of philoxenia, is at the core of the_Petra's mission. Your sentiment about ""missing 'your' family at The Petra"" encapsulates the magic that happens when genuine hospitality meets a sense of belonging. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary where connections are formed and cherished. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your trip of a lifetime. We eagerly await the day when we can welcome you back!

Jordan Travel Success!
After 2 trip adventures, I can say I fully trust True Trips to deliver an itinerary, hotels, excursions, guides, recommendations, etc., that exceed the pre-trip input that I provide. I travel a lot, plan for large groups and enjoy the planning process, but I can see the higher level quality that True Trips provides, and which can only come from local, on-the-groud knowledge and expertise that the travel books rarely have. In particular, the private guides and excursions we have enjoyed have been top, top quality. A private guide at a place like Petra or Wadi Rum can make all the difference between a good experience, or something you will never forget. Our Jordan trip involved 5 vegetarians, and the degree our guide went to ensure restaurants were prepared and ready for us, AND, offered something new and different from the last restaurant was fantastic! They have provided me an elevated travel experience beyond what I can do myself, and at a cost that I would recommend to any serious traveller!

From the planning and booking…Top Shelf Service
From the planning and booking experience to setting foot on the ground in Greece, to every hotel, to every excursion, to every transfer, to each island, the experience was managed 100%.
We never needed to be concerned regarding scheduling, we just had to be where we were supposed to be so the next step of the trip could be executed flawlessly. All the drivers were courteous and knowledgeable. They transferred us to our next destination in total safety, and style.
Tour guides were some of the most knowledgeable I have ever experienced. Do not tour the sights without a licensed guide. Your experience will not be complete without a guide. The lodging was always top notch, with service beyond compare. All friendly staff and there to help you. I would recommend TrueTrips to anyone looking for a completely managed trip. It takes all the scheduling worry out of the vacation.
