Ordered some pyjamas for my daughter. She's a size 12/14 max so went for the mediums. Top fitted lovely but the pants bearly fitted me and I'm a 10!!
Had to return for a larger size which they accepted straight away and have sent the larger sizes out but disappointed in the extra cost to myself

Very fast delivery, customer service team are brilliant & very helpful.
Products are really good, with lots of choice for gifts.
Have purchased lots of items from this company, highly recommended.

I’ve used this website for quite a number of years, however during lockdown I’ve made a much larger number of orders, and spent way too much money ;p however not only do I love the products they sell which remind me of my childhood, the people who work for TruffleShuffle are the friendliest I’ve ever come across, it’s dead easy to contact them via email, I’ve had quick responses and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I’ve received, 5 stars doesn’t even do them justice, I’d recommend this website to anyone, although maybe at 32 years old I maybe slightly too old to be wearing a land before time t-shirt ;p

Ordered a replacement Friends mug from this site after mine broke. Dispatch was fast and turned up in a couple days by Royal Mail. Fab service.

Second time ordering from Truffle Shuffle and both good experiences.

My second order included a printed tee "Not Now Bernard" which came with an amazing surprise. A "Not Now Bernard" book celebrating their anniversary. The book wasn't damaged, everything was well packaged and even came with some sweets.

I ordered on a Monday and my parcel was delivered by the Friday.

I love buying from Truffleshuffle. I use to buy from EMP & places like that but truffleshuffle seems to have more offers on. The delievery is cheaper than a lot of places.
I have brought several products from this store & one of them was a loungefly bag which was my last order. It was packed really well... a bit too well. But at least you know your order wont get damaged.
Their deliveries are always fast.

If anyone is worried cause I know its hard to find a company that does loungefly & if you are worried about it being fake... they are the real deal.
Even explains they are a license place so you dont need to worry about certain products being fake.

But I love my order which was a while back.
Definitely recommend their company.
Never had problems to contact customer service so cant really comment on that area.

This company is awesome! Great selection of products. I was able to find one very hard to find Loungefly bag! Shipping to the U.S. was super quick despite reported delays due to COVID 19! Highly recommend and look forward to purchasing from Truffle Shuffle again.

I've bought a few things from truffleshuffle in the last 12 months and I've been really frustrated with the sizing. I purchased based on my average UK dress size yet everything that comes seems to be 2 or 3 sizes too big. When I've asked for help, they advise its a unisex product yet they have mens and women's sizing charts. Why not clearly state on each item if it's male, female or unisex and have the appropriate chart there.
I've spend nearly £15 on returns postage whereas other websites offer free returns. The returns process seems to take time too; hoping I'll receive my replacement soon in the smaller size!

The pyjamas looked good, they looked the same as the pictures and how I expected them to be! The sizings aren’t so great! The top fits perfectly but the bottoms don’t fit like they should for the size. I ordered a size M which is a 12-14 they do not fit like a 12-14 it feels like a 10-12! If sizing were better they would be prefect!

Excellent customer service, prompt delivery (despite the Covid-19 situation) and great quality items. I am absolutely delighted as these are a birthday gift for my 16 year old Marvel mad nephew. I highly recommend this company and will definitely shop with them again

I had been aware of TruffleShuffle for some time but had never placed an order. I gave in to temptation on 16th April and placed an order for some items for my sister's birthday. I paid for Standard Delivery and to my complete surprise and delight, my items arrived yesterday (18th April.) That is very fast, especially given the current circumstances with COVID-19.

I was also delighted that they used recyclable packaging and the free sweets included in my parcel was a really nice touch! This company have exceeded my high standards of customer service and I cannot recommend them enough!
