Excellent customer service when contacted and very helpful

Excellent customer service when wanting to exchange an item I'd bought as the item I really wanted came back into stock in time for Christmas. Can't say enough good things about the steps they took and the way I was spoken to. Brilliant

Ordered from here twice, on the second time I made a mistake and they they solved it straight away. Micheal was very helpful, can’t fault the customer service. The shop sells amazing products that they don’t really sell anywhere else. Few Christmas presents sorted, would recommend.

Very poor service ended up paying twice for an item - buyers beware!

I paid £13.99 plus £3.95 delivery for a pack of novelty socks....except when they arrived they had a £9.99 New Look price tag on. Robbed!

Funny, unique items available and fairly quick delivery (although who can compete with the current benchmark of Amazon). Very pleased with items bought and will regularly check their website to purchase again.

I couldn't find this item anywhere else so I was really excited to find it in stock on truffleshuffle. It arrived really quickly, I think it took 2 days. Packaged really well with a bonus sweetie in there which was fun! Will 100% use again.

I’ve just received my 1st order from truffle shuffle.
I was so excited when I found this shop and had a BIG list of things I wanted to buy (for myself, my husband and my son) but thankfully I decided to get only a couple of items on my 1st purchase.
I ordered a set of polly pocket socks, advertised as size 4-7, however they’re so small that they’re the perfect size for my 7 year old daughter who’s a size 12 1/2!
I also got myself a pair of Batgirl (wheelie good night) PJ’s and was looking forward to buying all of the other dc pjs.
I’m a size 6 to small 8 and ordered the small pjs, which say they’re a 8-10.
I’m so baffled by the trousers, such an odd shape.
From the calf down they were so tight and a struggle to get on, the back is incredibly low, builder bum low and the front has been designed to accommodate a gunt...
I had to double check the size of the top as it seems like that belongs in a set 2-3 sizes larger than the trousers.
I’m also a short ar$e and the trousers barely reach me ankles.

Received my items this morning. I chose batgirl and aristocats Marie which were cute and I chose a large (16-18) which is the perfect fit for me from other stores like primark (the sizes fit) when my new pjs came I was shocked to realise a size 16-18 was made extremely small... I felt like I was wearing a size 10 they barely even pulled up at the back.. Massively disappointed and annoyed. Sizing needs to be improved!
