This is the perfect weekend bag for my husband but sadly the zip was faulty. Bag returned a week ago today, asking for a replacement, no acknowledgment to date. I hope a replacement will be sent in time for our weekend away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
BE AWARE! Product (jumpsuit) shrunk so much I couldn’t wear it after just one wash despite following washing instructions. Contacted customer service and because I am out of the 35 day returns policy, they won’t refund which is ridiculous as I didn’t wear it for a while after purchasing! I am deeply unimpressed by their customer service and lack of care, common sense should take over in a situation like this. I wouldn’t purchase from this shop.

Unfortunately, in this instance, we were unable to offer you a refund due to the fact, as you stated, you were outside our 35 day returns window and we have never had any issues with this garment shrinking when washed per the instructions.
Please understand that whilst we always aim to provide an outstanding customer experience, as a small business, there are certain policies we must set in place and follow to ensure that our business is protected.
We have sold roughy 700 units of the jumpsuit that you ordered and never before received feedback that the garmet has shrunk, we therefore stand by our original judgement and apologise again that this wasn’t the outcome you would have hoped for.

Really well made and finished denim trousers. A high attention to detail, great quality fabric, cut, and the zip should be at the centre back (so much more flattering). I usually buy from an alternative "high end' business but shall now be looking at Truly.
