To be honest, it’s a joke really. The buyer safely has your tickets, meanwhile they’re given 24hrs to complain about you. They can’t even confirm everything is ok to speed up the process. 24hr wait. So we wait and guess what, you have to wait another 7 working days for the funds to FINALLY get to you. All in the meantime the buyer is off with your tickets. A waste of time! The whole process needs to be immediate for it to work, it’s horrible being left in limbo not knowing if you’re even getting your money. Make it clearer guys, we shouldn’t have to dig into T’s and C’s to find this out but then I would never have used this app

Really simple to use and really solves the problem of buying tickets from someone you don't know and think they could scam you

I am very confused. I have not received what I purchased. I get an email saying that funds have been released to seller. Does this mean you think the transaction is complete? Because I have gotten exactly nothing. Any kind of information explaining exactly what is going on would be nice.

Ours was a settlement transaction between adverse parties in the five figure range. The money was transferred to TrusTap and I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive TrustTap was in ensuring that the transaction went as smoothly as possible. And upon completing the transaction TrustTap released the funds the same day. I see great potential in the service, especially for litigation attorneys and settlements. Keep up the good work!

Something of an potential, but not really that good.
Had to sign up in order to "qualify" for preloved account... nothing is happening, started to research (both) and it turns out to want so much of a financial control and responsibility, that I'd need bank verification- no thanks to both, it's a used item, for sale for cash. As it comes to international transfers there are way better strung operatives like PayPa*, Wis*, Moner* etc

I had never bought tickets online from a reseller so I was particular fearful of scammers. I suggested Trustapp to the seller and they had no problem using the service. The $4 fee felt like so little on the cost of the ticket overall given the peace of mind it gave me throughout the transaction

Used it to buy a concert ticket from someone off Twitter. Made me feel better about not getting scammed. Do wish there was a like button I had to press to confirm it was all okay with the exchange before they released the money to the seller rather than how it does work , where they tell me it is released and then if I have a problem to log it then. I didn’t have any issues with my exchange so this wasn’t a problem for me this time but just thought in case I had had an issue.

The order has not been fulfilled and it’s been a few days. I contacted the business but have not gotten clarity or any reason why there’s a delay.

The mechanism, in my humble opinion, is bulletproof. There is no way to be scammed as a seller and no way to scam as a buyer (don’t scam, it’s a bad thing and can get you in trouble). I’m giving 4 stars because the payout is too slow in my opinion, they should add faster ways to receive the funds like PayPal or Crypto, because with bank, transfers are delayed and are sent in batch. Anyway, I highly suggest to use this to prevent losing money and item.
