First time went through with no hiccups and very helpful. 2nd time took longer as they messed up the application form so took nearly 2weeks to get the loan. Got there in the end. Polite and helpful.

You said more than once money would be in bank by end of day and wasn’t. Hours of business are wrong and even when you ring when both say open phone says closed!! You repeatedly r mail to say you are ready to release funds please sign. When you go to sign there isn’t any thing to sign and when you ring you get told that’s just an automated e mail!! Also been emailed 5 times after having the money to say it’s ready to release!!!!

Bullies with really bad customer service. I took out a loan with TrustTwo around 2 years ago. I would highly advise against anyone doing this as there are far better guarantor lenders out there.

My payment date was moved without my consent, and naturally when the money isn’t in the account both you and your guarantor will receive a flurry of threatening phone calls, before they even begin to ask when money is available and when you can pay.

You’re not treated as a customer, rather-more a liability. Avoid at all costs

Assisted by David to begin with quick and efficient contact between myself and my guarantor.
Was told could get money on same day but in their defence I did it very late in the afternoon on a Friday but was in my account first thing Monday!!

Good rates but customer service is very disjointed! Be prepared to get the same phone call several times during the completion stage!
