Very happy with my purchase but the delivery provider they use has let the company down, twice I waited in all day for my ordered to be delivered, driver did not attempt to deliver and said he left a card! Tracked him on the app but literally didn’t even get out his vehicle and then said he attempted delivery but I wasn’t at home?? I am still waiting for the 3rd time for my order to be delivered? Hopefully 3rd time lucky !!

Great Service!
I would've given 5 stars, but unfortunately the original order - although it got to me without delay- arrived with a broken dropper, so it had to be re-sent. However, the customer service rep who dealt with me was great, and everything was arranged swiftly, so that I received the replacement a few days later. Very happy with the product as per usual!!

Order incorrect and hard to resolve
I paid £300 for 2 bottles of 5000mg and only 1 arrived. Emails were ignored, I was panicking I had been scammed. After a few emails I got a response and received my 2nd bottle 6 days later. I would be wary ordering from here again, especially with high value orders.

CBD was recommended by my sports therapist. I'm on my second bottle of 1000mg tincture. I take half a pipette when I wake up, and again before sleeping. It's definitely taken the edge off the neck, shoulder and spinal nerve root pain I was dealing with, which had a number of causes but was/is particularly associated with chronic whiplash problems. As an unexpected bonus it also seems to quell anxiety quite effectively, and my sleep, although not optimal, has improved as well.
I may take a break after this bottle had finished, but will come back to it if my symptoms flare up again. Not cheap, but a good product.
