My recent purchase of a back support has been very successful. I wear the brace when I am standing or walking for long periods of time. I have discovered that the lower back aching has been substantially reduced with the use of this device. It fits well and is quite comfortable. In my books it is very useful.

I bought copper knee supports and a lower back support, both to help with pain from arthritis. I am generally fit and healthy, and stay active, walking at least 5 miles each day with our dog. The knee supports I wear daily. They are comfortable and unobtrusive, and definitely give a degree of support and comfort. I am not expecting miracles - I'm 77 - but I feel these help to keep me active and happy. The back support I wear when needed, mostly in the mornings if my back feels a bit weak and achy. It fits well and is mainly comfortable, preventing me from sudden movements that might cause pain - and most important of all - it does not spoil my figure!.

I'm giving this experience top marks because of the product itself and because I have received great service. Initially I ordered the Winter Boots in US6.5 for a winter holiday in Japan when I would be in very cold, snowy and icy places. When they arrived, I felt they were a little tight and that I should exchange them for the next size. I was worried though that the new pair wouldn't arrive in time (I'm in Australia) so contacted Customer Service. Their quick and efficient response meant I received the parcel in good time. The boots themselves performed very well. I have metatarsalgia and need arch support. I was able to wear gel pads under the ball of my foot inside the boots and was comfortable, warm and dry in them all day birding in Hokkaido.

Product was too small sent the next size for free and there were no delivery charges the product is great

Can’t believe some of the negative reviews on here. My knee supports arrived promptly but were too large. The company provided a smaller pair free of charge. The supports are comfortable, I wear them all the time for DIY gardening etc. as well as walking. Whether they can delay or avoid surgery, I’m not sure but my knees have not deteriorated much since I started using them.

The product is very good, and the instructions how to use are clear. The support on shipment was very helpful

Wearing your knee braces for the past two years. Getting great support from them, walking comfortably since I started using them. Couldn’t imagine trying to walk 5km without them now. Have recommended them to friends and have no hesitation in continuing to do so. Keep up the good work!

After a few set backs I am well pleased with the new product to replace the unusable one.

These boots are comfortable, warm and waterproof. Most importantly, they provide stability-and at 88 years old, I need all the help I can get.
Let's not forget to mention that they are also very good looking and they are very good value for the price.
I should mention that one should buy a half size up as they fit a little small. Do that and you have the best little boot.

They make the most comfortable knee brace ive ever used. No need for metal rods for stability. Ive purchased about 6 or more of them over the past three years.

I am very pleased with this company and especially with their customer service. I ordered a pair of boots but the were the wrong size. I contacted the company and without question they posted another pair which I received and they fit perfectly.
Hard to beat that sort of service. I can recommend this company to everyone. 👍 PS. I forgot to mention that I didn't have to send back the original boots. We Relieve suggested I give them to a charity and I did just that. 5 stars.
