New racking for my new shed
The items were well-packed ( 3 separate packages ), Delivery was quick & within the time slot given on the email. Unlike the shed I bought, the banding was fitted with plastic corners to protect the boxes.
At present, I have not been able to assemble the items due to a dispute over the shed I bought to fit them in. I am 100% happy.

Difficult assembly
The shelving was extremely difficult to assemble in lining up the tabs with the slots and is does not seem very stable.

Package and contents damaged in transit
The product and instructions were fine. The state one of the packages arrived in, with contents spilling out and damaged parts that needed hammering back into shape, left me disappointed.

The order and delivery process was easy efficient and rapid.
The product is good quality and fitted together well.
I found the instructions a bit lacking in detail with the diagrams too small to follow easily.
However, once I had completed the first one the next two were easy.
Overall I am delighted with the racking that I bought.

Not a great experience for a new customer
First order the completely wrong item was sent. Tried calling but nobody ever answers and goes to voicemail. Emailed and called throughout the day to get hold of Ellie who kindly arranged replacement for the correct item. Correct item arrived damaged . Again unable to get through on phone so emailed and called later in the morning and replacement items due tomorrow I belive - not the best experience Im afraid. Staff have been good when dealing with this issue but this has caused me significant issues with waiting in for deliveries, taking days off to clear garage and assemble units that are now wasted.
