They are very easy to put together and look great
My only reservation is that the hard plastic feet are very hard to fit, you have to get into the right starting position and really need a lot of strength to fit them

Very Good- Will be ordering more soon
Very pleased with the HRX shelving I’ve ordered. As I’ve said on another review the only slight disappointment is the MDF used. Would have been better to have OSB, Hardwood Plywood or Birch Plywood as an option. Nevertheless I’m very pleased.

Great service from Tufferman but let down by DHL. Tufferman customer service was outstanding and staff were always friendly and polite when dealing with the issues caused by DHL losing part of the consignment.

Great product, 3rd party delivery not good
I love your shelving. Great product. Bit fiddly to do by myself but you do say ideally 2 people which is fair enough. And I managed it anyway.
I had an issue with the initial delivery being damaged so had to reorder. Then the reordered delivery was partly damaged and incomplete. This was a courier problem, not your fault (although i do wonder if the packaging is robust enough for the weight of the shelving product). Each time I contacted you, however, your staff (Kaja) were really helpful - that part was great. I'm still waiting for DHL to deliver the final missing pieces, again not your fault but theirs. All in all Tufferman are great and have great products.

They have changed uprights from 1 solid…
They have changed uprights from 1 solid piece to 2 bits that are joined by a connector resulting in the structure being weaker. Preferred the previous racking that I ordered that had 1 solid piece for upright.

Part of my ordered was damaged on arrival. I contacted the company who arranged a replacement part to be delivered within 48 hours after checking with me that all of the other parts were fine.
First class customer service and some very decent shelves that will last me for years!

All of my racking arrived in good time
All of my racking arrived in good time. The racks were OK, but the packaging on approximately half the boxes was damaged, or badly damaged to the extent that components fell out during the delivery.
One stacking box and one lid were broken when removed from the packaging.
Apart from that very happy.

Missing parts
Items arrived in damaged packaging, the shelving units are missing vital parts and instead seem to have to several excess and useless components like someone has randomly thrown bits into packaging. Managed to put together the work bench which is not as sturdy as I had hoped for, I have emailed and called numerous times today with no response - no one answers the phone which seems to be a running issue looking at the other reviews. I can’t put my studio together without these shelves, I’m up against tight deadline and really worried this might be a mistake that has cost me hundreds of pounds. These weren’t cheap and I’m astonished at how incomplete they are.

Good product but issues with pricing and assembly
The product fits my requirements, looks good and seems robust. However, the price quoted for the threes bays I bought was misleading as it included neither VAT (!) nor a hefty delivery charge. Nor did I find assembly as easy and trouble free as advertised. Guiding the tabs fully into the frame was not easy and the whole thing took far more time than I bargained for.

Bought garage shelves easily & had quick delivery
I bought some garage shelves easily and they delivered them very promptly (next day). I made a minor comment to the sales team afterwards and got a quick response (offer to replace one rail, that I did not really need in the end). I would use them again.

Construction was extremely easy and I managed it on my own, only a rubber mallet required. Looks good and takes a good load. My only concerns are 1. The cost of the small clips to connect two shelf units is very steep for what they are, and 2. Even though I live 15 miles from Glasgow city centre and 3 miles from Glasgow airport my postcode seems to indicate that I’m not on the UK mainland making the postage very expensive. I AM on the UK mainland so that problem needs to be addressed. Other than those I’m fairly happy with the product.

Good shelving but some damage in…
Good shelving but some damage in transit which chipped the shelving and bent one of the long shelf supports. That resulted in some considerable time being spent trying to straighten the piece to complete the shelving. Now it’s up it looks fairly sturdy. I would question the ability of each shelf to support the claimed 500kg but frankly it’s adequate for my purposes. At nearly £250 (inc delivery) for a 4 shelf, 2m x 0.6m x 1.8m unit I think it’s a bit on the high price side hence the 4 stars, but overall I think it’s a good product and delivery was fairly quick.
