Order mixed up but OK in the end…
The shelving I received was not the shelving I ordered. I ordered 3 smaller units and was sent 2 taller, wider and deeper units. However they ended up fitting better into my garage and probably hold more so I'm happy.

Great product
I purchased a 2.4m long by 1.7m high shelf unit for my garage. It went up in about an hour, really easy to put together, really easy to adjust, does exactly what it advertised to do. It’s strong and sturdy. A couple of fixing and it’s secured to the wall. It turned up in two separate deliveries, the wooden base for the shelves and then the metal sections a couple of days later. Fortunately my wife was working from home as there was no correspondence from the courier at all. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would buy from this seller again

Wide range, easy website navigation, Storalex HRX well made, good finish and excellent packaging. Uses a quality courier. Good comms. Reasonable pricing, although postage cost for additional components (eg plastic feet) a bit pricey for 4 day delivery. Would definitely use again. Avoid the other junk that floods the market.

DAMAGED AND WOULDN'T REPLACE
Sent me 3 lots of damaged racking and then said they wouldn’t replace the whole units, only the damaged panels (90%) of what they sent me.
Won’t be ordering from here again. Poor service.
The only thing they were good at, was replying to the email to say they wouldn’t replace it 😂 you were quick at that!!
