First time on a cruise. Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary on the marella discovery 2 and everything and everyone aboard were amazing. Looking forward to our cruise number 2 😊

We got excellent service from our local Tui shop, from booking through to booking seats, printing boarding passes and getting travel money.
Drinks are limited unless you pay for premium
Great that this cruise is all inclusive, food very good staff always friendly and helpful. Great entertainment, really enjoyed the movies on top deck in the evening. All in all an excellent cruise but maybe not for those who want the dressing up and pomp and splendour of a more 'old fashioned' cruise experience.
Tt was a lovely cruise due in the main to the staff, also the ease of booking everything at the same time, only disappointment is the reduced choice now on the premium upgrade, other than that the clear labelling of the food ie vegan vegetarian etc has been very good, the continuation of the turn down service etc makes the cruise feel special, our Captain Richard was a joy too and did all he could to make our experience a fabulous one, we have another booked for November 26 on the Voyager. Explorer 2 is our favourite ship though! We also prefer adult only which we feel enhances the atmosphere in the evenings! Also the Nonnas in Explorer 2 has a much nicer feel than on Voyager, same goes for the Kora La and Flutes,,,

Absolutely fab. Would never book with any other cruise line
Lovely cruise although drinks could have been better, not as good as a few years ago. Although adults only some were quite rowdy around pool as drinking from early hours.
We had a great time on our cruise, all the staff we came into contact with were amazing, good choice of places to eat, entertainment good, looking for the next one

The ships aren't the biggest or the newest but the staff more than make up for that, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. This was our 4th Marella Cruise and I will happily book again!
